What makes for a "skilled nuke"?

I know I'm late to this, but here are my two cents.
When it comes to nuking, it's very very easy to nuke if the correct combination of skill, team compotincy, enemy incompetency, timing/positioning, and if applicable: how broken your weapons or other advantages are.
This being said, I don't believe that someone can call a nuke using weapons the community shuns (isolator, skullcrusher (if camping), minigun, etc.) can be "skilled" at all. If it's done with armor, it's acceptable, but less credible.
On the other paw, skilled nukes tend to be done with little actual advantage and more ability. If the odds are stacked against you, say you got the bad team, the bad map, or even the "bad gun" (which in my opinion doesn't really exist) or a combination of these things. A skilled nuke showcases the abilities and prophicency of the nuker, it shouldn't show that they can rain explosive arrows into enemy spawn, or OSK anyone who gets in their way. I'm looking at you iso.

 

I think every nuke requires skill.
- It's not like the other team isn't trying to kill you.

Take whatever weapon you want and use whatever strategies you want.

I have a very unique skill set (I happen to be good at killing people), if you kill me I will hunt you down, and I will exact my revenge.

You have your weapons, Emp's, and nukes.......and I've got mine.

Rating nuke skill sounds silly to me. If you get 21 kills that takes skill but you can't numerically differentiate the skill required and thus rank them by skill.

Do your best to nuke and I will do my best to stop you...friend.
