ask for evidence from a ban appeal? Because I just logged in to brawl (on MC) and saw I was banned (I have appealed) for autosoup. I asked, in the appeal, whether I could see any evidence of my hacking? Just wondering.

The MOD's don't have to show the evidence. If you got banned for auto-souping but you didn't auto-soup then you need to make an appeal with evidence that you DIDN'T hack. If you are just like: "I just saw I got banned but I didn't hack pls unban", then that won't work. Make sure you have evidence that you didn't hack in your appeal before asking for something else.

My evidence is: I was not even IN MY HOUSE at the time of the ban.

"My evidence is: I was not even IN MY HOUSE at the time of the ban." This means that you "hacked" Then left and a player got proof wilst you were playing, Then reported you on the forums (https://www.brawl.com/report/) And then a Smod+ accepted the report and banned you. And No I do not belive you are allowed to see the proof, But as seeing that you were banned by a Smod+ By a report of a player, When you get unbanned you can ask around and See if you can find who got you banned, Then try to see the proof, And when you send in your ban appeal go thru Proof that you don't hack and If you have, Give them a reason to unban you.

AND if you look at your ban history,https://www.brawl.com/history/player/SouperUraniumDE You have 11 bans, That says me something, Either you have some bad luck with the banhammer, or your hacking.. And aswell this ban seems perm you can buy a unban here: http://shop.brawl.com/

If the Mod who banned you was recording and has proof of you hacking I believe that you can be shown it or via the replay system. Not sure yet but an Smod+ will be able to confirm.

Let me put it this way: I a) have never hacked and b)I was playing up until 15:00 (GMT+1) and then stopped and went out with my family. I logged in this morning (the first time in almost 16 hours) and found I was banned. Conlusion: Either I got my account hacked, or someone false-banned me.

    Ah thanks.

    a) Proof? You saying it won't change anything, Sorry

    b) Nope. Some body may have uploaded proof of you hacking at 13:00 (GMT+1) But there was no Smods online to ban you, And then at 15:00(GMT +1) you left, And then later (16:00GMT+1 ((Idk only a example)) a smod came on and banned you)

You don't really seem to understand out ban system here :v I'll give a "guide"

    Step 1:
A player is hacking on a server.

    Step 2:
A player records the player that is hacking, And gets proof that he/she has hacks.

    Step 3:
The player that recorded the hacker Uploads the recording to youtube.

    Step 4:
The player that recorded The hacking player reports the player at Report.brawl.com And fills out the formula.

    Step 5:
A smod+ Gets on the forums and goes thru some bans, And if they think that the proof is good enough to get you banned, you get banned, And thru stop 1-5 the hacker can still be playing, Its only after a Smod+ approved the ban that the player gets banned, And sometimes this can take time. So during that time the hacker can play.

Dude. I know the system. But I don't continously record on the off-chance that someone will get me banned.

You can always request that the evidence you were banned for is shown to you. However, since Mods are not required to get proof for their bans, sometimes none exists and can thus not be shown to you. If proof exists and can be shown to you, that may be done in the Judgement reason or the player discussion on the appeal.

    Locked.
