I agree many people will leave if no soup is gone, but at least have more soup servers, 5-1 would be good. New players need to learn to soup, just like everyone here.

And for tournaments, make every single one of them soup, no soup has no place in the eyes of veteran MCPVPers

Thank you matt finally. 4-5 soup and 1 nosoup is really what I hope for :/ And nosoup is fairly easy with some kits especially.

In terms of videos and Streams, I have yet to see someone else stream aside from myself. There are traps in No-Soup in the same way that there are traps in soup. There are also towers. No-Soup is not 'too easy' for someone who is good at PvP, the thing that I like is that if I see a full Iron, I can get the jump on them and perhaps win, however in Soup, this is impossible. This situation is the same in reverse, if someone with no armour attacks me when I have armour in Soup, I am guaranteed to win, so No-Soup adds a sense that you have to keep looking over your shoulder, even if you ave won the feast. The extract about kits is simply not true. All of them (aside from souper XD ), will have some use. Boxer and Timelord for example are very powerful kits in No-Soup. Finally, the idea that cutting a No-Soup server will lead to more players in Soup is flawed. It is true that you might get some people coming in, however, many may simply leave, meaning that we have just cut part of our community.

I think that newer players will go towards No-Soup, meaning that getting rid of it will cut off these new players or at least the flow of them. I have to agree that some people are firm believers in one or the other, which is why getting rid of No-Soup will cut part of the HG community, which isn't the largest as is. Also, there are many traps and towers that will be used in both, however I like the diversity that different strategies bring. It ensures that it doesn't become repetitive as it is a different flavour to me, at least.

And Belkalai, these kits you talk of like timelord and boxer are "VERY POWERFUL" and that is not a good thing. When you are in NoSoup kits don't have as much meaning when it is ridiculously easy to kill.

Locked. We got the data we were looking for. Thanks to everyone that answered the poll and replied to the thread. We greatly appreciate the feedback and will take it in consideration upon deciding what to do with no-soup.
