Is Jitter Clicking Bad For You?

I don't think we can definitively say if jitter clicking is bad for you, I've read a lot of topics about it, but if it hurts, take a break.

 

I have also heard that it can be bad for you. However, it really helps if you stretch before and after jittering. It sounds cheesy, yes, but it does wonders. If you need ideas for what stretches to do, look up similar ones guitar players do. Trust me, it will help you feel a lot better for anything repedative like this

Jitterclicking cannot cause arthritis, it is someone way smaller than that, just stretch after like I do.

 

Just like sitting at a desk typing for 12 hours a day, it can. But doing small things like stretching can offset the joint pain.

 

Show me proof that it causes arthritis.

 

You could probably get something like RSI from it if you do it too much, I think..

Oh, it can be very bad for you if you happen to be unlucky. You can get "Arthur ridus" if done enough and possibly carpel tunnel. That's something you do not want whatsoever. It really depends how much jitter clicking you do, but I know people typing away at work for hours can get it.

 

ffs u cant get arthritis from it it's smaller than that.
