Question: Do you think I am active on Brawl? On TeamSpeak? On the Forums? Post your opinions.

It has been 1 month from my first JrMod application, which means it's time for me to apply again.
Below I would like your tips, sugestions and ideas.
If I just went ahead and applied again without asking this, I would risk being denied for something someone could have told me to work on. This way I can recognize what I have achived, done, worked on, and what I need to work on before applying.

Thanks staff members! You have been super helpful in guiding me through how I should act, think, say and do as a staff member.

I'll say no. I just took a look at your posts, and pretty much more than half of them are post grinding. Going on intros and welcome them, same message over and over.

You're immature, your posts are generic and bland, multiple times I've seen the same post from you on intros repeated, so y'know, spam.

In no way are you qualified to moderate.

Being active is a small part, the biggest part is how you act. Maturity, insight, and being genuinely helpful, are the qualities of a mod.

Work on those and save us the effort of reading your application, it'll also save you the effort of writing it.

It's a no from me. I'm sorry, but your posts on the forums worry me most about you being a moderator. Like @Greedy_Bee said, most of your posts are from intros, maybe even more than one post per intro on some of them. Also, your other posts are in no way informational or detailed, let alone helping others. You may be active in the intro section , but your posts need to have more meaning to them.

If I would look at your past application and count it with your behaviour now, it would have looked like this:
    Hello CamoQueenAlaina
I see you applied for a position as Trial-Jr.Moderator, but I do not believe that you are quite ready yet.
Application: Your application doesn't have any detail, improve on this section and try to get at least 1000-3000 well written words in it. Also, you voted +1 for yourself. -1
Forums: You have 68 posts which almost 40 of them are post farming in the Intro section, as said above.
    Ingame: I don't know what you're applying for, +0
TS3: I've never seen you online, though this might be due to timezones. +0
Maturity: I don't know you well enough to give you feedback in this section, +0
    Overal, -0,25. Keep improving.
    -1 for now

The fact that you posted this thread alone shows that you are not ready. The fact that you are asking other people their opinion on you isn't something bad, but the way this thread is written, gives it away.

    Thanks for the feedback!
-I am super active, it is most likely timezones.
-I did vote 1+ for myself because it WAS my opinion, anyone can post their opinion.
-I did include a lot of detail in my app, that is just your opinion that I didn't have much detail (Many of my staff friends said that it did, and some apps with less detail still made it)
-I am trying to post a lot, thanks for that feedback

    All in all,
these are some of the reasons.

    Thanks for the feedback Jaetpack1,

    - Yes, many of my posts are from the intros because I believe that welcoming players is a great and friendly players.
-My posts are very informational, if you look at the staff's posts, I post as much or MORE information.
-I try to post with as much meaning to them as I can, if you compare my post to a JrMod's post, they will be about the same.

All in all, those are some of the reasoning

Welcoming players is extremely important so they ease into the community with a warm welcome, but what I said was that most of your posts are from the intro section. You need to post more in other areas like the mini game you're applying for and the community section. Those are some great places to post for meaning. You can have lots of intro posts, but make sure not most of your posts are from that section. I would say 15%-20% is a good enough (not by much) amount of intro section posts. You just can't have of that amount be intro section posts.

I can take screenshots if you need proof that your posts aren't informational enough to be a junior moderator. Most of them are either one sentence long or are spammish. For example, "Omg this made me laugh SOO hard, I cried. Lololololololol Why! Whyyyyyyyyy? CamoQueenAlaina" is not a useful post. Here are the screenshots I took and you can judge for yourself if they are informational enough or intro section spamming:

    https://gyazo.com/d1618d5ddced7f923f02a48ff5733802
    https://gyazo.com/238ec9f0f99adba918659fcc2a86b0b1

That is what worries me about you becoming a Jr. Mod. If you disagree, please give me accurate evidence that your posts are worthy proof of non-spamming.

That is your opinion, and I will not argue with you.
    Thanks for the feedback anyway

I still have no idea what you're applying for.
And if you dont listen to feedback people give you, don't make such threads as there will always be people who give negative feedback.
When receiving a position of Trial-Jmod, you will have lots, and lots of people giving you negative / hate commands.
How you replied to my feedback I would still vote -1, sorry.

All you're doing is posting in the intro section welcoming people. Although it's good to be welcoming to new members of the community, you should focus on giving feed back to ideas and try to help people out rather than welcoming people.
I never see you in game and I'm not very active on teamspeak. But before you apply you should try and help more on the forums. I do not think you are ready.

To me, it seems you're all about getting the rank, and not what it brings to people. It seems you don't care about helping people or don't care about making the server a better place.

The first clue that helped me come to this conclusion is that you said, "It has been 1 month from my first JrMod application, which means it's time for me to apply again." I don't know about you, but that means to me that you really want the position just to be a JMod, and not helping the community grow. You didn't even try to get your posts up, or stop spamming the intro section, or get your ts activity up, or anything like that. It just seems you want the rank just to be a JMod.

The second clue I got was that you didn't even take anyone's feedback! You fought everyone's every step of the way. Just because you put, "thanks for the feedback" doesn't mean you're actually taking it. That's like the, "QueenCamoAliana" you put oat the end of every post; it doesn't mean anything. You didn't take any feedback, that's what baffles me! You even said that you wanted feedback. Here it is. Here's your feedback, and you don't take it. That is why you are not ready for being a JMod. Not the post spamming, this reason. It's more important because those are signs of immaturity.

I agree, from now on I will try to post on other sections.
    Thank you for the feedback,

    CamoQueenAlaina

Hmmm... Coming from you... I'm just going to ignore this one.
You have been warned not to continue starting flame wars, and this wasn't just advice, it was trying to be rude.
I will not take advice from someone who is all those things you have stated above,

Yet again you have failed to be nice

The only reason I ignored his post is because he super immature and the staff even don't like him.

Btw, I can ignore whoever I want, it isn't up to you.

You know that his post wasn't immature at all right? He's giving his opinion, if you make a thread like this you know you'll get some people saying a bad review of your application/activity/maturity. You know that it won't only be good reviews, if you don't like getting bad reviews you shouldn't have made the thread.
Immature is being rude and using bad language which in this cause he isn't doing.
    Here's my review btw:
Application: The application is pretty short and lacks detail, the spaces between would make people think your using that to make it seem longer (I've read the note stated above your application) if they wouldn't have read the note, I recommend using some spaces like I do in my application. Also the actions you take on the forums or teamspeak when the rules are broken by someone are pretty simple made. Forums: Warn them and then tell a higher rank what they've done and let them take care of it. Teamspeak however: The teamspeak lacks even more detail than the other 2. You should also know that as JMOD you can only ban/mute players up to one hour and not one day, and if they've done something and they done it a second time you don't have to instantly ban them for 1 day, start with like half an hour for example. -1
For activity: I've never seen you on ts3, but that's because of the time zones so I can't give my opinion about that. The forum posts however, I agree with what's stated above. And in-game, I did want to check on this but couldn't seem to find you (probably a bug) so can't give my opinion about this either. So I'm just gone leave this here.
