    Ok. So what should I wish for? I have a good setup at the moment, but I need new internet, so that is a priority. I also play SMITE (play it, I guarantee you'll have fun) and maybe want to get some new gods...HELL DO I GET?!

    Ask for gift vouchers or hard cash to save for a router.
    Or pick up Ethernet cable.

    Aww yeah I think I'd like that.

    I have an Ethernet cable. I just want some faster upload speed, becuase I need like 400 minutes to upload a 4.4 minute vid.

    If your up is trash with a direct line (Ethernet), well then you're screwed unless you upgrade your plan.
    I doubt that whatever birthday cash you get will be able to pay it for more than a few months.

    Test here (http://www.speedtest.net/) if you don't know your up & down.
    Also, are you linked to a router or a modem directly? Can somewhat affect your connection if you're connected to a router and not the direct access point (Modem)

    I have ~27MBPS up / ~2MBPS down, and everything runs fine.
