    when i try to speak at the chat it says: "cannot send chat message". don't know why it's happening, can someone help me?

    Are you trying to send a private message (to only one person) or to the entire server? And is it in game?

    Make sure that you have set "Chat: Shown" in Options -> Chat Settings.
