Spamming and bypassing chat filter

@Oracle, Cuddled, any other of the staff team, I consider if you are reading this that since SurvivalPvP when I'm on is having a spam problem (Not including me), and I thought of this idea where if someone spams more than 3 times, they have to wait to say that particular message or something else just in case they spam once more. It is really irritating to me watching people spam because it affects my game-playing (not knowing what's happening). I consider this to make it much easier to read chat just incase your being summoned by someone..
Also, bypassing chat filter, really irritates me nowadays because I don't like to curse.. So if someone includes a particular kind of profane language will be given a message sent to them saying, "This message contains profane language or inappropriate content", and if it continues, they will be kicked or muted.. I hope if you guys read this that you consider this because it would make your jobs easier basically and will make the game more fun and interesting Thank you for taking the time to read this and its ok if you guys don't accept this idea! I just thought of pointing it out! Thanks!

See, but it just bothers me to watch people spam and swear because I am not the #1 fan of it so I wanted to state the observation

Got it. Thanks for informing me! I try to report anyone as fast as I can to make it stop because now if no mods are on I try to stop it myself and it usually works but when the Mods get on its much easier.. Thanks Banshee!
