    Hello Brawlers,

As in the past, we have not prohibited real-world trading or gift purchases with restrictions. However, this is not clearly stated anywhere in-game or on the forums this thread will be addressing those issues.

We do not allow trading of Brawl store purchases for anything from a third party or external source. This includes Minecraft accounts, Counter-Strike skins, money, etc. In addition, you may not trade Brawl store purchases in return for a player to join your in-game clan, give in-game items to you, etc.

Basically, all purchases on the Brawl store should either be for yourself or a pure gift to another player.

We will not switch purchases or return your money if you are making a store purchase in trade for another object. Instead, you will be punished for real world trading. This official rule will be added to the server rules a week from the posting of this thread (2/18/2016).

    We hope you understand,
    Brawl Staff Team

    Question:

If someone buys a rank as a pure gift for someone, but then would like to charge back on it and / or transfer it to a different account, are you able to do it?

EX. I buy a rank for @Rriordan23. He then states that he would not like the rank because he doesn't want to play. Am I able to charge back / transfer?

    Thanks

No, all purchases are final. Verify with the person before you gift them the item.

That's pretty pointless. You'll never, EVER govern everyone's activities. For all you know, I could ask someone to buy me a rank, then just Skype them and give them skins. You guys will never find out. Real world trading will never cease. It's no harm either, you're still getting the money. However, I do agree with the statement about coercing others into buying you a rank for joining your clan.

I'll update you on this as soon as possible.

    Correct

Members have been charging back payments and complaining to us that they were scammed when we have never prohibited trading for store purchases on Brawl. This policy protects us from exactly that, charge backs and complaints. We do not prohibit trading store items for anything in return on Brawl.

So what happens now if someone trades and gets charged back on? They could say that the person who bought it for them gave it to them as a gift. Or they could say that they never donated and someone just did it to get them banned. :V

What do I do if someone charges me back for a "gift?"
I get banned from buycraft and mc war but how do I show that the chargeback was someone else? Especially when multiple people gift you?

I'll just say this happened to my alt and this is the reason why I'm not letting anyone buy me stuff for my main

I sometimes gift players that i like, Sometimes I bribe, And the bribery goes wrong sometimes... Which doesn't seem really fair to me, I know it was my choice, I really wanted to chargeback them.

I'm asking if i can transfer it to another account, Does that count as a ban?

    I haven't been on..

My money is probably more then enough to help the server. And it's also enough to buy urself new shoes.

The players involved in the trade will be punished as per this rule.

Just appeal the ban and we will sort it out.

We do not perform account to account transfers of any kind.
