War or WarZ

So basically I prefer WarZ.
There's loads of action in it, but I also enjoy playing War.

Neither are better then the other. It depends on your tastes and preferences. If you prefer team based shooters then War is a good choice. If you prefer a balanced mix of PvP and PvE and enjoy looting for better gear then WarZ might be a better choice.

However, you can also play both and decide which one you like better.

 

Depends, as someone said neither is better.
If you want to have a good time killing people and getting killed, War is the best for you; a gamemode highly based on CoD, and others. Really fun to play when you are alone.
But, if you are looking for an adventure, WarZ is for you. Trust no one, kill every being that moves, live for zombies, and kill for humans. A gamemode bassed on DayZ, a mod. of Arma, zombies aren't the real threath, i have played a lot lately and i have never been killed by a zombie. The real threath are humans, specially donnors; but if you are good enough, im pretty sure no one will ever stand in your way.

 

Depends on what you prefer.

 

WarZ because it actually takes skill

 

I prefer War because of the clans, friends I've made, and fun I have playing.

Not really into WarZ.

 

You should try it, they even have a great community

They are both similar in certain ways but also very different in other ways. WarZ is more of a survival type game mode where you need to fend off players, zombies, etc... It ultimately comes down to preference.

I switched from war to warz following the path of many other after they got bored with war.
A few weeks in, I have realized that honestly, the community is not very nice and accepting as the war community is.
( I still have respect for the nice ones out there)
Warz is definitely more fun than war because its not constantly grinding imo, but war is fun also because people are nice and nice conversations are carried along in the chat. I have noticed that warz separates people from " ranked" and "white name" which I think is not very nice because everyone should be accepted into the community, and I have noticed a lot of " white named" people get ignored when they ask questions.

All in all, these 2 gamemodes are equally fun(imo), and they both have their Ups and Downs.
I will keep playing War but more Active on warz

 

Obviously from the time I've logged there and the obsessive levels of information I house in my brain about it, mc-war is much better in my opinion. Not for the community, the community in both is trash and we know it, but the feeling of raw badassery that comes from ahnialating hostile after hostile with a cold presision is gold. I understand that this happens in warz as well, and I've done some plays in warz like this in the past (a while ago now) but these moments come rarely, and usually get you killed anyway.
So long story short, war is my preference because of the steep learning curve after getting all of the weapons (real skill based combat), and the community aspect of clans working together on the battlefield. I understand warz has all of this though, in some sense, so it comes down to the difference between Open world and Arena gameplay, I prefer arena
