Looking For Teammates Who Have Faith and Loyalty- IMPORTANT

Are you sick and tired of fickle teammates, constantly flitting from one team to the next? Are your teams always falling apart due to internal strife? Can you never find active teammates who you actually like?
LOOK. NO. F*CKING. FURTHER.

Listen up kiddos, I'm about to drop some goddamn knowledge. Most people with at least some level of skill have the potential to be part of the best goddamn team WarZ has ever seen. You heard me. This team will drop any other team. It will be impossible to defeat, co-operative, and long lasting. How do you achieve this? Simple.

This "ultimate team" needs to be built on four pillars.
One: Loyalty. Every member needs to have absolute loyalty to the team. When the team is online, you play with them. If you don't, you're out. And this doesn't work if just most people are loyal. If every member is loyal, the team is strong and won't fall apart.

Two: Faith. You need to actually have faith in what I'm talking about. You have to believe that the people who are running the team actually know what they're doing and that the team will be a success. No team will succeed if its own members do not have faith in it.

Three: Order. The team needs to have rules, guidelines, traditions, and a chain of command. Think of it similar to an army but lots more fun. This order is necessary to hold the team together and ensure that the team wins fights.

Four: Co-Operation. No team will work if it's just every man for himself. If a team can master the art of co-operation, they are truly unstoppable. As a team, you've got to do everything together.

I AM LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO JOIN ME IN THIS ULTIMATE TEAM. IDEALLY I'D LIKE 10 PEOPLE FROM A VARIETY OF TIME ZONES. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU DON'T LIKE ME AS A PERSON, I'M JUST A SMALL COG IN THE MACHINE THAT WILL BE THE ULTIMATE TEAM. TO JOIN YOU NEED TO

• HAVE FAITH IN THE TEAM. IF YOU BELIEVE IN THE TEAM AND DON'T LET THAT BELIEF FALTER, WE CAN HAVE A GREAT TIME
• BE LOYAL TO THE TEAM AND RESPECT IT AND THE WAY IT WORKS

IF YOU CAN DO THESE THINGS, THIS TEAM WILL BE THE ACTUAL BEST TEAM.

JUST REMEMBER THAT ACTUAL SKILL ACCOUNTS FOR LESS THAN 50% OF THE SUCCESS OF A TEAM. IT'S ALL IN YOUR HEAD.
