Sheriff's Spawn with Lasso

    Does that not sound like a perfect sheriff tool? The sheriff could use lasso's in chases in order to handcuff a criminal. It's so perfect!! I think a sheriff should spawn with at least one lasso.

    Personally I find myself wanting a Lasso as a sheriff, it would be a neat feature for Sheriffs - however, I believe it would make it quite unfair as Sheriff already has a number of spawn items - and lassos aren't that expensive either.
