Very formatted post, makes it easier to observe. All these points are very well thought out and may help the server.

One thing, Brawl's donator rank has always been a monthly fee. I do not think they would change it for one gamemode.

 

I think the pet idea and the prison idea affirmationly nothing wrong. Only the donations.

 

The ideas you've stated above are decently thought out and I believe they should implement different activities to get out of prison. The whole issue on the camping is another thing. Many of the builders have already addressed this issue among the drug processers. Ex: secret doors, ladders.. etc

 

Sheriff stations: There are already sheriff stations, and you can see the bounty in the banks.

Plugins: I don't agree with you here. The /sit looks good. The only thing that they maybe could do is lower it down by 0.05 blocks or so, but I think it's fine as it is.

Donations: This is just how Brawl works. They won't change it. If they did, they couldn 't afford to pay the server and wouldn't make profit.

Sheriffs: Someone else posted a good idea for sheriffs (with ranks for them).

Teams: There is no point in donating if you can already tp. And walking and travelling is the whole point of the game.

Prison: They could maybe add prison escape. (only if there are 15+ people in the prison).

Houses: Houses are suppose to be expansive. A 5000 dollar house would be a dirt house with a fence as window (because you can't afford glass), and a furnace to cook your food.

Camping: You can't stop people from camping...

Indian Tribes: Something has to be hard in this game.

Conductor: A conductor doesn't have any money if he was robbed 1 minute ago.

Pets: The devs could maybe add an option to tame the wolfs.

Other ways to get money: What should be an new way to get money?

 

There were some good ideas, but I don't think that they are going to change it.

 

Wild West Server Ideas:

Builds: Maybe you could build some Sheriffs' stations in towns but not to rob and demolish but to look at the wanted people and report situations to sheriffs that are there.
^ Already here! ( you can see wanted people at banks and you can report crimes to sheriffs with /msg

Plugins: Maybe you should add the chair plugin to make it more realistic and try to fix the /sit command it looks like your sitting but floating.
The sitting plugin is fine and will be fixed later

Donations: Maybe you should only be able to pay once for a life time rank instead of paying per month because many players cannot afford that and you can just raise up the price.
That's already possible at the shop.

Sheriffs: I like the sheriffs and all but maybe you should make them actually work for things as well instead of always spawning with same OP things over and over again. I heard that the sheriffs have bullet proof vest, but make sure its not all the way bullet proof, make it where the sheriffs can actually get hit. Also they need to tell you to freeze or something because players get startled and dont know what to do when they see a sheriff chasing them and killing them.

The sheriff system is fine and sheriffs can be killed if I'm not wrong. Saying freeze to a whole group of geared criminals won't work.
Teams: You should probably add a team tp, such as /ttp <player> because it would be easier to get around since donators already have /tpa.
Explain this to me.

Prison: Maybe you should add more to the prison, its tiring when you have to do the same thing over and over again. Dont just have mining, maybe have them do something else such doing jobs around the town or something.

Houses: In my opinion the houses are way to anonymous and expansive. All the houses are around $750,000 which is too expansive. Maybe you should lower the price who make more houses but smaller and make them around $5000 or something to make it fair and players can actually have houses.

Houses are mainly used for storage and all of your stuff is safe. To get this, you have to work for it. Cheaper houses can be found at Harshaw.


Camping: Players camp way to much its too annoying because you cant really do anything to be honest, but im just putting this out there.

New entrances to rebel bases have recently been released, camping is less now.
Indian Tribes: The Indian Tribes are too hard to raid, they have skeletons as Indians with OP bows that can literally kill you in three shots but I do like the idea that they drop 5 gold each time you kill one but they are too OP.

Conductor: For the robbing the conductor thing, it should not have a cool down to be honest I mean just because they robbed the conductor that doesn't mean other players did, but I mean I like it and dislike and again im just putting things out there.

It should have a cooldown, what if you were a conductor in real life and you just keep being robbed every second

Pets: Maybe you could add pets such as dogs and cats, instead of just having a horse. It would be cool because if you have dogs, they can help you fight im battles and cats.. well I dont know what they do since creepers/mobs are not really enable on the server which is great.

Other Ways - Money: Maybe you should add other ways to get cash instead of mining, dealing, heads, and asking for money. You should add more things to make it more fun and interesting.

Definitely a good idea as there are almost no legal ways of earning good money

Many of your ideas just try to make the game easier, like making houses cheap, but some are good! I love the pet one!

 

I hope Brawl won't add pay2win pets like iron golems that one shot people.. just to notice you "Brawl", some things don't have to be pay2win.
