    I was actually thinking about trying out for staff on this server. My main used to be HG, but it really seems to be dying...

    Alas, I really won't the community's opinion on this. I don't want to go guns blazing without seeing if you guys would like me as a staff member watching over y'alls server.

    So tell me what you think or expect from me if I happen to get staff.

    I dont get why you would say that he wants opinions so even if hes doing something wrong he can fix it thats what more players should be asking right so you dont become bias about players and games.

    Actually I am almost a year old. I want the opinion of the players, I got the opinions of the staff members already. I want to listen to the community and see what y'all expect of me if I were to try again. I do not see why that would make it seem I wasn't ready. I made this so you could tell me what YOU as a player needed or wanted from newer staff.

    Im new to this forum but i been playing minecraft for years and i know how to respect players and i believe that there are 2 kind of players in minecraft 1.people that want rule the game care more about themself 2.there are player that care more about other player that want to learn and teach by asking questions and reading answers which i find complete ok in every way

    I myself have been denied on 4 occations, all by TS or... a formatting issue I won't discuss. I really want to be a big part of this community and I just want to hear from other members. How does that show immaturity or a lack of readiness?

    I would like to know what their opinion is with details because just saying "your not ready"because your asking a question is a little rude with no detail backing their comment

    Oh okay. Yea it is a little rude, but its expected. I didn't want a bunch of praise or anything. I wanted to hear from people that are a little hard on each other, because I want them to know I can be able to listen as a staff member and not just ignore them.

    The point of the application system is to apply and find out whether you are ready or not to be accepted. If you are, good for you. If not then cuddled will leave feedback as to what you need to improve which is far more valuable information than non - staff feedback as she'll have a better opinion than us. That's what the application system is for

    I'm not asking for staff feedback, I was asking for player feedback. I know what Cuddled wanted me to improve on, but I'm not going to be a staff member to make other staff happy, it's for the community.

    If cuddled has told you that you have areas you need to improve in then why are you looking to the community? She decided so fake her advice. That's like applying for a job and going to the guy who serves coffee for an interview.

    I already took her advice, and I have talked to other staff. Making this seems like a mistake... I just wanted the players input on what they needed...

    Unbiased on this. Played with you on WildWest, talked over TS a bunch, but I'm going to leave this one alone. You talked with Viva, followed advice from Cuddled, all I can say is take a step back and look at everything in the wider picture. If YOU think you are ready, go for it man. If not, wait a while.
