Lack of staff on war

Just in the very few days that I've been promoted to global JMod, I see that many staff members jump on many of the reports if they're not duplicates or fake. You may not see your report "accepted" by a staff member joining, but lot of reports are seen and someone's done something about it. The ratio of staff members online to players is ridiculously low. Staff members ca't handle every single report too. Many reports go unanswered because there are no avaliable staff members to deal with the report. Being a staff member, there are many things that can keep you from jumping on a report like dealing with someone on the server they're already on, answering questions, and many things of the sort.

Also, just remember, staff members are people too. Just because they're part of the staff team, it doesn't mean they don't play the game too .

Age usually has nothing to do with how "good" a staff member is. If they're active enough, mature enough, and liked by the staff team, you're going to get accepted. You can have a staff member who is twelve years old if they fill all of the requirements. It is unlikely that a twelve year old can fit all of the requirements such as maturity, but if they can, they can. They can get accepted over someone who is 25 if they are more fit for the position.

 

I agree. Just because there is that many staff @BlueGuyARed, doesn't mean they are on always, I think we need more War moderators.
