New Donor weapons

    I feel that when war 2.0 comes out there should be new donor weapons, there will obviously be new guns that are purchased via credits. But I think there should be new donor weapons for each type of subtype of gun.
    I don't know what these guns will be like or called, I havent had much time to think. So a:
    $5 shotty
    $5 sniper
    Etc.
    I dont know what u guys will feel about this, probably that it will be unfair, and in some aspects I do agree, I just feel the donor guns don't have particular type. And maybe in the new gui there should be different items for different weapons like u click on the eye of ender and the regular things come up but all of the highest tier weapons come up when u click your primary (secondary stays the same) . So when u click on for example the dissa all of your snipers will show up and a random item for donor :wink:
    I made this thread while watching TV and eating whilst on my phone so sorry for any misunderstandings..

    I'm ok with it being in TDM (as long as there are multiple spammers of it)
    I just don't want a gun that is OP on 1 specific gamemode to the point where the other team can't play the game without earning 10+ deaths

    Yeah ik what you mean, they would be balanced but with that slight edge that makes them better

    Interesting idea, but maybe not even really better but rather just different. Say, equivalent to the top tier/next tier down so that the donation weapons aren't just spammed by low skill users and instead just add more options to choose from. Or, similar to the current set for legacy-make them really good but only for certain gm/maps. Just my thoughts so far anyway

    Yeah make a $5 sniper that insta kills... but with a cool texture. I bet ppl will buy it, it's still prestige.

    Yea XD like an iso with 10 shots before reload but has a really long reload time

    No not really @PanemMC anyone can get them and they are really easy to over come if u know how and all have there flaws...

    I have a few donor weapons that i won in a competition 2 years ago, and i never use them as i find it unfair. Infact, donating for weapons is against the EULA and could get the server shut down.

    However the Eula stops the distribution of things that Mojang have created and charging people for there use. Charging people for things that Mojang haven't created such as ray gun is legal and isn't against the Eula... I dont think...

    I don't really like this. I feel War should try to break away from being pay to win, and donor guns in general. Ranks should give EXP and such, but I don't think there should be donor weapons.

    The EULA prevents servers from selling any in game items that will give the players an advantage that is only available to people who pay.
    I really hope they manage to make a system similar to supply drops in Black Ops 3 when War 2.0 comes out. Opening them will cost points, something you will get from kills, assists and wins. Points can also be bought in the server shop. This way they won't be able to get anything normal players can't, but they can unlock it quicker.

    This is why I suggested that the donor weapons not be any more powerful than unlockable weapons from level ups. It's nice to unlock guns but there's a limit to how many of these there will be, so being able to donate for some variety would keep more interest in staying with the server.

    I think we should have a gun like Skully that you unlock at like level 90... cause when you get level 42 or so, theres nothin you can buy...
