    Maybe, just maybe they gave everyone time to make a change. Even though i think one year is too long time.
    But that is just a theory i don't even believe myself xD

    IMO this will cause a huge reduction in Minecraft players. People who have bought ranks quitting cause now they spent 240$ (or similar) on cosmetics. The number of people buying ranks will reduce by a lot and servers won't be able to afford running them. Servers are going to start dying.

    All it means for certain is that Brawl must remove or revamp all donations that give you a gameplay advantage, otherwise they'll be put under a "blacklist", where no-one with a 1.9.3 client will be able to play Brawl.

    You may lose your War items, but you may get to keep them. Either way is fine according to the EULA, as long as if Brawl stops players from getting them with real money.

    Read the Idea thread, every gun perk and leathals/tacticals will have to be buyable with credits. Just like any other gun

    Well, I'm very happy with this, actually. It might mean doom for Brawl, but I think it's only fair.
    @chickenputty question:
    Will partial or total refund be given of recent, old, all, or any purchases?

    You think its fair that Brawl's gonna have to pay $2,200 a month for the servers on almost no donation ranks?

    You may wanna come up with a few ideas then. I don't see any way how Brawl will make $2,200 a month off selling coloured name tags and fireworks in the hub.

    We are handling this in such a way to be EULA complient while respecting the previous money that players have spent. At the end of the day, we cannot issue refunds as we spend the money on reinvesting into Brawl. It's not a probable thing to discuss (as when MCPVP shut down).

    Our servers cost $2.2k per month, but we also have tons of various other expenses. Developers, builds, art, licenses, and the such being some of the bigger ones. I can tell you that we easily spent at least $9k last month in expenses alone.

    We are not making as much profit as everyone likes to believe, but we are not paying out of pocket either (yet :x).

    Tbh I do believe that there is a way to work around the EULA in order to gain decent profits, we just need to find it.

    You'll always be able to play on Brawl if you're client is 1.9.2 or under, unless Brawl shuts down as a result of this. However, at the moment, if you're playing on 1.9.3 you won't be able to join Brawl.
