    Okay, I might just have found a way to get around the EULA.

    Make a parcour server, which you have to pay for to get whitelisted. (you can sell entrance tickets)
    Make the ticket for expample 3 dollar.
    At the end of the parcour you should make a area where the player can choose a reward for finishing the parcour. You should be able to choose every item that costs 3 dollar in the brawl shop, because you bought a 3 dollar entrance ticket.
    So for example you could buy the flashbangs in war.

    The trick to this is that we make the parcour impossible, so only people with fly can complete it. When you buy the 3 dollar entrance ticket you also buy the fly ability in the parcour ( a cosmetic item). Now the players with the ticket can choose their reward.

    You have different servers, with different entrance tickets and different rewards which cost the same as the entrance ticket.

    After choosing your c4 at the end of the parcour your whitelist will get removed so you cant choose multiple rewards.

    ----------------------------------------
    This is all legal according to the EULA. which means that brawl will be unblacklisted.

    If you have further questions about this or flaws in the system, please post the down below.

    If Mojang really wanted to make money off of servers they should just tax any revenue servers get.

    This is P2P and P2W, so it's Mojang would definitely blacklist this if they saw it.
    Nice try tho

    Stop with that, Chap is indeed rather interested in CS-GO than Minecraft but in no instance he's going to spend all of his money in knives while the EULA system will make Brawl die (this is a pessimistic point of view I assume).

    I'm sure someone has asked this previously but through all the comments there are I'd rather someone just quote or get a new reply all in all. Will vips+ still have reserved spots specifically for ctf and will mvp+ still have team switching?

    So, Mojang is not allowing servers to sell their most popular items, and servers need money to function...

    As much as I am happy to know Brawl may live in this conflict by the end of it, I am also sad to see so many other servers and players being blocked by EULA.
    ~~~~~~
    I hate to be the harbinger of bad news but I did some research on this conflict this morning and all day yesterday (breaks were spent on CTF :wink:). Not only will the so called "second tier" of servers , below the 3 mega servers; Hypixel, GommeHD and Mineplex. Also small servers between 50 - 1000 will also be monitored and put into affect :frowning:
    ~~~~~~
    I can understand Mojang's rough or vague point of view with EULA in stand point, with servers making profit off of their game without permission, which bypasses the laws of copyright (correct me if I am wrong), but what Mojang doesn't realize is that they are "killing" Minecraft.

    That's my opinion though.

    EDIT
    That is not all the research I have done above ^, but really just in short work.

    Figured I'd make a post since I'm part of the community from the old days. Quite honestly, the server has been going to hell over the past few years. But the worst part about all of this is that all of this could have been prevented. The network has had two years to change the shop to comply with the EULA. Did it even happen? No. Instead the staff decided it would be a GREAT idea to add more servers and more **** you can buy to get an advantage on said servers. Does blacklisting on 1.9 really do anything? No, not really. But quite honestly it shows how god damn lazy the staff are to not be able to change the shop in two years. So is the blacklist deserved? Yeah.

    tl;dr: I'm an old player, the network had ages to change the shop to comply with the EULA, the blacklist is deserved.

    If they complied 2 years ago they wouldn't even be here, they would have to compete with 100s of non eula compliant servers and would have died as a result

    Because it hasn't been dying since 2014 already.

    The EULA wasn't enforced for 20 months, so Brawl just assumed it never would. Can't blame them, just suddenly enforcing it without a recent warning seemed a bit out of the blue.
