    No it's not. It only says that it has been killed. Not the person that slaughtered it.

    Some how by the power of telepathy through your horse you know who killed it. I don't think this should be added to a 1800's style server. Unless that is magic really existed back then.

    Hey, we can already have horses that somehow can exist in every stable, and we can telepathically call them. We might as well add this.

    It is already added, but it only says that your horse has been killed. It doesn't say who killed it.
