If you look at Hypixel and take notes on the PREPARATION they took for this EULA Mojang announced over 20 MONTHS ago it will help you a lot. The amount of time you guys at Brawl to prepare for this is unreal, and just now acting upon it. Why work against it when you can simply just comply with it. It's not like Brawl even forgot about this, Mojang sent an email to all servers on this blacklisted server list https://blocklist.tcpr.ca/ over two months ago. They contacted the offending server owners telling them what they had to do or they will be blacklisted, super straight forward and simple, now I know it's tough to simply remove what a lot of players love and are used to, but once again, take notes from Hypixel. I legitimately hope Brawl can find a way to keep their server alive and I wish the best of luck to all of you reading this :>

I think, but I'm not sure that they wanted to make as much money before the EULA Hit, trying to push through. Not sure though.

Both we and Hypixel use the XenForo platform, and both themes were likely made by "Audentio". A lot of websites using XenForo will look similar to this.

    also note to OP:
dont ever change the color of your font again pls thx.

I myself don't know why the emails we received were ignored.

Alright here is why servers didn't update to be compliant with the EULA until now: it killed servers. Mcpvp, updated to be EULA-compliant, thinking that Mojang would enforce it soon. They lost 70% of their income because of this, but they were OK with that since they were counting on other non-EULA-compliant servers to die and for mcpvp to gain their players. When the EULA wasn't enforced, mcpvp quickly reverted it's changes because it couldn't survive off of that limited income. However, mcpvp still had some of its income reduced as an aftereffect, which led to where we are now, mcpvp dead and I'm on Brawl. Brawl knew of mcpvp and after what it saw what happened to mcpvp wasn't in any hurry to become EULA-compliant. Now will people please stop watching AntVenom's video and taking his word as law.

Well, that's exactly why I said look at Hypixel as an example, they have network boosters that basically give you coins. When you buy one people can tip you, so say you're playing UHC and need coins, activate a booster and over the span of an hour get over 200-300k coins just from people tipping you. Which is EULA compliant because it benefits the entire server and not just one specific player. Last of all, MCPvP didn't put much thought into it which is obviously a massive mistake. MCPvP was dying anyway lmao I used to play that **** back in 2012-2013 once 2014 hit it began to die quickly.

Not sure why this takes a long time. Not even sure if it's hard to do what they are doing. But I feel as if they want to make the income first. Not sure why but it should hopefully turn out well either way.

Mojang has been threatening servers with this "EULA Compliant" bull**** for nearly 2 years now.
I agree with Brawl's decision not to comply unless they had to, but maybe they could've planned ahead...
Example: Have a 100% solid plan if Mojang did begin to enforce, so they could comply in a timely manner.

    1. Hypixel was 5 times the size of Brawl and 10 times the size of mcpvp when the EULA came out. Plus, most of their players were 8-year-olds that only bought ranks because they were "shiny." So it wasn't a big deal for them to become EULA-compliant since their player base and their gamemodes didn't depend on non-cosmetic tactics.
    2. Hypixel was never fully EULA-compliant until recently. They had several personal boosters and other non-EULA-compliant things until recently when Mojang contacted them and said they were actually going to enforce the EULA now.
    BTW you quoted yourself.
