Technology Voice-controlled Tic-Tac-Toe

At my high school, we have this thing called the "STEAM Fair." The STEAM fair is pretty much a science fair, but centered around a more broad scope: Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics (STEAM)

Obviously, I went after technology-- I created a voice controlled tic-tac-toe that uses this device called the Amazon Echo to speak to and play tic tac toe against.

For example, a conversation with the Amazon Echo would go like:
"Alexa, let's play tic tac toe"
Ok, just try and beat me-- who will go first?
"I'll go first"
You still won't win, you know
"X in top right square"
..yadda yadda
...
Hah! I knew I'd win (I made sure to code it to where it would either always win or at least tie)
