How to get to Houses "Settings"

    Hey I just bought a 60k house in Frisco. My team (CROW) already has a team hq and I have no intentions at all to make this a team hq, sort of supposed to be a private little place. I split the price with my friend. Neoger. I was just wondering if there is any way to let him access chests, while not having to let my WHOLE TEAM access them, which would mean making it the team hq. And as of right now (it's bought) after i respawn, and click "Private home" it says "You do not have a private house to spawn in" Is there some sort of settings that I can add people to open chests and stuff? Because as of right now it is just useless.

    Make sure your house is set to an HQ, then shift right click the sign

    @Mario is there any other way because I am in a team and don't need a new HQ, plus I am not the owner of the group.

    He just wants 1 other player to be able to access the chests, not the whole team

    Also, I agree - it would be useful if this was a feature.
