Donation by Mobile

So I found out it is actually possible to donate by mobile phone.
I don't have Paypal or anything like that.

So I tested it and I came as far as this:

I have a few questions though:
1) It says Brawl for 5.00 EUR.
But it was 5.00 USD. So it went up by 46 dollar cents. And I understand that with payment by mobile costs extra, so the transactionthing gets a few % or the transaction.
But is the % already included in the 5.00 EUR or is it a mistake?

2) Where is the money taken from?
I have 19.00 EUR each month on my phone (No amount of messages or calls or internet MB's, just money which represents those things). Will it come up on the bill somehow, or will my credit just drop?

3) How does the transaction work? Do I just sms to 3555 and put in the message: GMA PWA?
And will the transaction just be instant?

4) It says it's available on vodafone, I have another provider. But that provider is part of vodafone, it actually works with vodafone system. So is it still possible for me?

I just want to be sure before I do something wrong XD
I am Dutch, so very greedy, I don't want to waste any money.
