In the game Clash of Clans and Clash Royale every certain amount of days people with 3,000 or higher trophies get reset back to 3,000 and try to climb back up to see who can get to the highest amount before the certain amount of days are up.

Something like this for WarZ with ELO could be interesting. You would have to get to a certain amount of ELO before it would reset. Lets say if you get to above 175 ELO, at the end of lets say 2 weeks, (14 Days), everyone with ELO above 175 ELO would be reset to 175. The top 3 of that 2 weeks get a prize or in the Monthly Newspaper (I don't know what brawl calls it). Then it would go on again, you would try to get to a higher amount of ELO from the last session and try to beat other people.
