Congrats to all! Especially cuddled and roke. They'll be wonderful admins!

 

Congratulations to everyone. I believe anyone of you will do a great job within the Upper Staff Team and make the server you are focussed on better than ever by presenting the best ideas to the developers. Good luck, you deserved it. I'm looking forward to playing with you and talking to you, but not as Mods or SMods anymore. I'm also hype to see new promotions incoming for Party and KitBrawl.

I'm very, very happy with these promotions. I can only see this improving Brawl as a whole, and I'm looking forward to the future of Brawl under this new system. I greatly appreciate the implementation of this new system for server ideas. Seeing as it is still in early development, I'll make a few recommendations here.

I appreciate the efforts of the staff to reach out to the community more. This has been needed for some time, so this system is an excellent start. I would recommend that if the mods and SMods are intended to serve as the core of this team, that this be a large priority of the staff's concern. I would prefer if ongoing discussions would be taking place on the current server ideas and feedback being given to the posters of said ideas. If you wanted more community involvement, you could have the team present what they think are good ideas to the community and have them vote on them. The winners would then go to the developers for coding. If this seems too much for the staff team, perhaps you would consider having the community elect members to a forums team to do this job for them. Of course, the SMod managers would lead their teams, but this way, the community would have even more of a say when it comes to server development. I would very much appreciate if you guys would still consider some of the suggestions I made here and in the thread I recently posted. If you have any questions about what I'm suggesting, don't hesitate to ask them. Thanks guys, you're the best.

I really think that Cuddled and Roke deserver the Admin rank. They are great mods and help a lot of people.

I think you should ask rocktomb for the War manager. But then again, he hasnt been mod for a very long time

If HG is so dead, why do you care about the rework?

Anyway, Blue has just been promoted to SMOD and he has a plan for HG, so there will be a rework, or improvements eventually
