World Download for Maps in MinecraftBuild

    I was wondering if it would be possible to get the world save for my MinecraftBuild maps.

    Yes - I have heard of WorldDownloader (and it is allowed - see here), but I'm trying to import the maps onto my server to have events with my friends (they are arenas), but when I use WorldDownloader and import it, it becomes a blank superflat world. I think this is because the creators of WD didn't want people stealing maps, but it could just be an error.

    Basically, I would like the download of my maps (if possible), because I would like to use them on my server and I have no other way to get the maps.

    In WorldDownloader, you physically have to render the area you want. This may mean flying around for a while.

    it's most likely that your server spawn you outside the map area at X coords. try "/tppos 0 65 0" or "/tp *username* 0 65 0" and should be fine

    Could there be a command like /download which downloads the map and puts it into your Minecraft saves folder, only owners of the map can do this but they an upload it to a downloading site and send the download to others.

    Impossible to automatically put it into your save file, as you'd need to download it yourself from a link. I would like to see something like this happen though.

    I'm not sure how, but it is possible to do with WorldDownloader. A classic CTF server utilised it to get some old maps.

    O I didn't know, maybe a way to get a download copy of the map from say dropbox/media fire so every map has a free download link.

    Did that, it's a small map.

    I tried that - I'll try again though.

    This would require heavy server usage on Brawl's end - and it would require an automated system with mediafire or some other website which would require a lot of developing. (I think)

    You install WorldDownloader and then fly around - problem is - it's not quite working for me.

    Google "How to install WorldDownloader" and look at the guides.

    If it isn't working for you, that is an issue for either you or the mod developer to fix.

    That's not what I'm asking, I'm asking if I can get the world download for my world.

    The mod doesn't work for multiplayer - intentionally.

    The answer was already yes, yes you can use the mod. If the mod isn't working it's not the fault of brawl, you can always ask for help at the q & a section I think.

    That isn't what they're asking here. What he's asking for is a type of download link to be able to move his build from one server to another. To answer your question button, it doesn't quite work like that. I won't go into the details, but I did a quick search and trusty yahoo answers came up with some info that might help you.
