    I'm sure you could implement a way to whitelist specific usernames from the VPN block for staff.

    And when it comes to players using VPNs to protect themselves... there's a lot more players using VPNs maliciously to alt bans then players using them to protect themselves.

    Moderators could easily deal with giving lives back with the /lives give command.

    I don't believe Brawl has the staff capable of dealing with all of warZ. You guys don't have enough staff to take care of people who hack on alts, what makes you think you'll have the time to deal with the hackers and refund people the lives they lost to those hackers.
