Brawl Popularity Issue

There's no big youtuber that will do this for free, but there are websites with lists of people willing to make videos for money. I was looking around one of them and found that TheDiamondMinecart was on that list. If someone like that would hop on board brawl would grow exponentially.

 

Brawl does own the old McPvP channel with around 50k subs. Not sure how many people would still watch if videos were posted there though.

 

Having a large Youtuber to do a video would be a great idea but, as @Slovakoko said, no large Youtuber is going to do this for free. And since the EULA mishap, I don't think Brawl has the funding to get a video done on them.

 

Not always Youtubers do it for money. If we all band together and comment on a video saying play on brawl! They might do it! XD #Hope

 

Everyone says this but no-one wants to make quality videos regularly.

The only stuff that the subs would watch is mcpvp stuff, and if anything else is put on there people just rage in the comments.

The only semi-big YouTuber that might be interested in making YouTube videos for Brawl would be BadBoyHalo. However, he would want at leastMod privileges to do Banning Hackers/Final 2's, and would only film HG.

 

Screw the 1% ! Get rid of Ridiculous weapons in Mc-War so new players Don't get creamed so badly

 

One of the huge problems of Brawl is the games it has. They are all progression games (not minigames) - aside from Party and KitBrawl, all the servers require you to play them a lot before you become good. Because it takes so long to become good, people get bored, and quit. Thats why the addition of Skywars a while back was a good idea - since its a minigame, but Brawl tried to make it too advanced before it had the player base, and thus it died.

 

I have thought of away around this as you know. New players rage because of guns like the Iso as skull, that's why i like @Signatured s prestige system

 

This is the current Brawl Trailer, it is really old. Also, all of the liked videos on Chaps channel are famous youtubers playing on Party. Why Party? Like I said above, its because its on of the only games on Brawl with doesn't require huge skill and play time to become good. If they wanted them to advertise WarZ, a youtube would either have to be given free OP gear to save time, but then they'd have to play a tonne to get good at combo-ing and all the other aspects that WarZ requires to be good. Brawl needs more games that don't require you to play a tonne to become good. It would attract players without them rage quitting after they get bored of trying to get good.

 

I have suggested the idea of just having people put Brawl's IP in big Minecraft YouTubers comments section. YouTubers will very often play a game that their fans want them to play. @Slovakoko This is an easy way to get a YouTuber to play the server for free.

However, many people said this would be a bad idea and I really don't see why.

The lack of players that don't stay has nothing to do with the guns on MCWAR.

This might work, but I don't think so. Paying a youtuber to make videos on your server is the best way to grow. Back when skydoesminecraft and his crew of youtubers played all of brawls servers were filled for a long time. This could happen again.

Hmm, I've actually sent an Email campaign to SSundee once to play from the depth. The argument came up like this:

I said that although we could not afford to pay you, your fanbase would love the style and tune in gathering revenue each day. I said that it was the style of games that his fans wanted, a game were you become OP and rek all scrub. (Let's be honest, most fans are younger)

And he played it, but the problem was as mention above that from the depths takes at least 2 episodes to get even basic fighting. So, the immature 7 year olds were not interested.

That's why I would consider SSundee playing WW, because if we give him a money boost and some guns, it is the type of game that his fanbase will love.

The. You have to think of what the server will be like afterword though ;V
