    I love the normal infect, but this new infect sounds horrible for the zombies. Infect has been the same ever since I joined the server (back in January). why change it now?

    The the 3-5 hit to kill humans as zombies? That's kind of impossible isn't it? You hardly have enough time to hit them once before you die. How are you supposed to hit them 3-5 times?

    I like that c4 doesn't go through walls anymore, but still people payed for it to go through walls. That's like me being mad about them nerfing the LAW a few months ago. I was, and am still mad about that.

    So, that's what I think of the new infect.

    The whole point of a camping spot is so you CAN'T be flanked. And teamwork only works if the collective iq of your teammates is more than 11.

    teamwork of 3 players getting patheticly killed more then 10 times then half way through the game they rage quit. thats the new infect.

    Teamwork as zombies doesn't work. You go in groups of three for example. For snipers/pistols, you pose a threat. For shotguns/autos, not as much but still a threat. For Donor guns well you just give them more kills per shot making it easier to emp/protect an area. So a new 3 to 5 hit system would make the root leave and nobody infect themselves so you can have fun. Please from a player of McWarfare to the McWarfare community, I ask that the infect stay the same. IF YOU CHANGE ANYTHING MAKE IT SO PEOPLE CAN THROW NADES FARTHER

    Yeah, like trey said, if it is 3-5 hits, the root zombie will just leave or do /war leave, then no one else will suicide to be a zombie. What's the fun in that?

    Basically. It's so hard to get kills as a zombie nobody will want to play.

    Exactly. Even if the zombie can get the drop on a player, the player can still just shoot their feet and walk of, a happy camper. (In more ways than one)

    As it was c4 was the best thing a zombie could have and it made it fun to find non-"c4able" spots.

    Time to debunk...

    In regards to:
    1. Spawn protection is almost nonexistent
    2. The root doesn't get any extra health or armor, and can be instant killed by the demolisher's aoe
    3. C4 no longer kills through walls, which is the main reason people bought it. This will create lots of backlash for sure.
    4. Zombies only get 1 kill per infection now, as apposed to 3
    5. It takes 3-5 hits to actually infect a human, where they can totally kill you.



    1. You have 5 seconds. The same as in MCWar
    2. That's because I haven't coded it yet

    4. 3 kills in MCWar was a bug. It was always supposed to be 1

    Thank you, very informative.

    1. The spawn protection seems much different this time. Instead of resistance, the bullets just pass through the zombies, or so it seems to me. In TDM and CTF the spawn protection seems much shorter, but I like that. I'll take your word that it's the same length.
    2. I see, I was unaware.
    3. Perhaps the aoe was decreased, because I can't seem to pull it off. I'll do some more testing later.

    4. Hm... maybe it was a bug, but I think it balanced the game very well. That way there was a greater reward for getting kills as a zombie, which is far more difficult.
    5. As I told Tac, maybe it only takes one, but the zombie has to stay alive. I'll take your word for it when you say one, but it seemed like the person would only die after a second or so after being hit. But again, I will go back and test.

    The root zombie should get iron/diamond armor because some times is it very difficult for the root zombie to kill someone.
