It's a little complicated to explain but on MCPVP if you tried to ask an admin a question, they were more likely than not to just ignore it. Whether it be on skype/forums/teamspeak. Especially before the committee was a thing. However on Brawl I think the entire upper-staff team does a very good job about answering everything and while I wouldn't say we are completely forthcoming with the community, it is much better than what was happening on MCPVP.

This was just the first thing I thought of - but it obviously isn't the only thing.

I don't like how inconsistent we are when it comes to professionalism. Sometimes we act like an actual business, other times not so much.

I guess I like restarting servers on my own instead of having to wait like I did when I was a mod.
(There isn't really a "best part" about SMod.

When you don't combo me on KitPVP, sure

HG - been with it the longest, has the most variety, and has the most depth to it.
KitBrawl v2 might actually take it over though, it's gonna be pretty sweet :^}

Probably WarZ. Not because of the actual gamemode but everytime I log in I have to deal with someone's ban appeal or complaint. I generally just avoid it these days.

Talking to people in support needed. About 80% of the time, it's about ban appeals and for some reason they always expect different answers on TS even if they have already made dozens of appeals.

Minecraft wise, I'm very happy with launching HG out of beta finally.

Depends. Overall I think everyone tries to have a working relationship with each other, but with a staff team of almost 50 people it is no surprise that issues sometimes arise.
