    Hey guys. So we've all been the worst of the worst when it comes to building (I'm still the worst of the worst, but you know. xD) But I was thinking about it earlier today, and I realize I've actually come a long way since my very first build on minecraft. So I thought I'd make a fun little post asking people, What did your very first build look like? I remember, back during minecraft beta was when I first joined with the intent on actually playing. Of course, I was a huge noob and thought that squids were hostile, so I didn't ever go in the water (which sucks because the very first seed I ever ended up playing on was an island, but ya know.) And I remember making my first build, a house, that was a 5 by 5 by 12, two story, all dirt house with one block holes in the side for windows and sand blocks as the "door" since I didn't know anything about crafting so I didn't know how to make glass or doors. That's about the worst anyone can ever get, so I'm curious and looking for a couple laughs. What was your first build? Have fun guys!

    Back in 1.5 I was so cool. I had a diamond house with gold floors. It was in creative :stuck_out_tongue:

    My first build was a giant triangle with circles in it made of gold, diamond, and obsidian.

    I don't know why I built that of all things but I did.

    I made a map. 1.3.1 had just come out. There was more of the fancy new emerald blocks then I'd care to admit. It got denied haha. Next map was accepted and I thought I was the ****. But I never forgot my emerald block monstrosity.

    my first house was actually an L shaped wooden box house. i had windows, stairs and fencing.

    I had a house in a mountain, it had a checkered floor of emerald and quartz, the walls were from diamond!

    That's actually very accurate. xD maybe a little shorter. I also thought sugercane was the shiz back then so I planted it everywhere. xD I lived on an island afterall, so tons of sand.

    If that was your first build then I bow to you. xD

    Hm my first build were just mega boxy buildings with a few windows in. Horrible. xD My first most complicated one was trying to build a bow in minecraft, It turned into a shopping bag. Up to this day i recon I still wont be that great at it. ^.^

    If my computer didn't die on me all the time I would have some screenshots. My first build however was a giant "castle". a 100 x 100 block of plain stone bricks with wool floors. Did it all by hand.

    I never really played Minecraft's singleplayer/survival mode, so my first build was actually Canadian Fort (CTF Map).
