IMO most players crave pvp action and/or anything similar. I still think adding and hosting events would be nice

 

*cough creative cough* it can be 1.7 and forwards compatible.
In the eyes of most people the newer versions killed pvp and for that reason pvp based servers are not updated past 1.7.
Soup pvp has died down a lot but there is still a community looking for a good soup pvp server that isn't factions.

I'm gonna disagree with what you said, because at the moment there are 0 soup HCF/soup factions server that I know of. If anything, Brawl should have a SoupHCF server in 1.7, I know putty has said raid isn't going to 1.7, but this could attract back many old players.

 

Wow i never thought about soup HCF before, that sounds interesting actually lol but sadly that'll never happen

 

YES!!!! HCF = Very popular, Soup = pretty dead but with this server it would be revived.

 

I was talking about cannon factions (I don't know if that's the correct name for it) I played a soup cannon faction that was pretty lame.
I do like your idea of soup hfc but I also like to die and tracking people :/ but I'm still down to try soup hfc. I don't know how it would be set up but I would like to see the current style of economy system integrated into it, maybe for purchasing land(so long as @Colonel_Graff doesn't buy the whole map) +1 from me

 

This server has many issues and i dont see it returning.
1: Nothing ever happens, No daily events no prizes. no contests, its dead. nothing ever changes.

2: 1.7 will bring 70% of players back.

3: the map is disgusting and the border is pathetic.

4: there's no tutorial when new players start, so they have no clue what to do or how to do it. You need to have signs or give them a book at the start so they read it and actually know what the hell the gamemode is about. thats why nobody ever pvps because majority of the players sit at the pig spawn.

5: lag

6: no advertisment is being shown to raid. So how are there going to be more players if the server isnt even being advertised properly? you need to hire a 100k+ youtuber or something to advertise brawl. so it will earn 50% more players.

Apart from fixing the glitches and selling things in shop to make it profitable this list covers the main issues... Now the only thing is will staff listen to this list or ignore it? All of this list has been suggested before and some of the issues were raised before the update. Is anything going to change?

add /res plugin, so people can purchase their own land, so they can have a safe place to live in, add buyable chest locks, make players have personal space, even if an xrayer found the base, he cant do anything, but too late, the game is dead already
