    What are you coordinates : X=-1178 Y=73 Z=-42
    How did you get stuck (If you are aware) I jumped off of the building and fell between 3 walls and glowstone. I am in a town so I can't use wood to get out.

    Can't you just build for a a split second and jump out? like just before it disappears. Have you tried that?

    Try to glitch out by using the wood block.

    I have tried but, it says "You can't place blocks in towns" and then resets the block and back to default.

    I have to say it's unfortunate but i believe you will have to commit suicide a motto i use occasionally is Nothing lasts forever..

    Break the block in front of you till u glitch inside, log come back and jump up then walk out that's what I do ;p

    I am on all day everyday except school days haha I just hop a lot now ;p but I spend at least 5 hours of gametime everyday

    I have been there as well it's a pain to get out of.. i used wood to glitch jump but if it's not working then i don't know.

    He should do what I suggested but considering it has been multiple hours now he has probably killed himself.
