(Awful skills of english incoming!) (Sry dad i left iSuk after all ;-;.) (I should stop writing these "hidden" messages,,,) (Hi mom I'm in the TV!)

Let me introduce to allof you the (probably) first ever level 30- clan on McWar!
Because mostly veterans visit and read the forums, I mostly want to talk about why did i make this clan and what are my plans.

Why did I create such a clan?
    Two reasons.
    • One is, because war is dying (Nope i totally did not google this word out to write it properly). When new players join up to the server, all they see is über-mega-pro players destroying them with overpowered weapons, which ones they can't buy yet/ever. Also, these players are mostly in big clans where they can't join because it's 30+ or 60+ etc. When they realise this, they automaticly leave the server for good. (I don't blame them, i would do the same. I see this as the main source of War's death.) I created this clan so newbyes can automaticly join a clan, make friends, have fun, and maybe make them to stay a little longer.
    • Secondly, I want to teach them how to play, show them the tricks they can use, tell them where to camp. I even love to do this when someone joins the server. Most of the newbyes play hours 'n' hours 'till they can even learn how to aim in. Also, i just want to tell them how awesomly good this game is, and give them hope to stay and once get more kills than deaths :stuck_out_tongue:
    Future plans
This one will be my second clan which is mine on War, and I'm not planning to ever leave it, or to ever change the way it goes to. My plans are going further than my Minecraft carrier :V

    Requirements
For member: be under level 30, and don't be an alt of some 30+ player.

For mod: I'm looking for 60+ (because of the experience!) players who have the same motivations as I do. The mods have to be "McWar teachers", who embrace the newbyes and teach them how to... GIT GUD!

(Also, because this clan is for newbyes and for newbyes only, when a member reaches level 30, he/she (gender assuming huehue) has to leave the clan...)

The issue with this idea is that it has self-limiting longevity. As players join, they'll become better (in theory) by playing with more players, and so will level up faster. Thus, they'll quickly rank up past level 30 and will have to leave. As players' friends leave, the people that aren't rank 30 yet will leave for any clan that has both 30- AND 30+ players, so they can have the same sort of community, with better players.
It's a great sentiment and all, but the idea sort of ends itself at a certain point.

EDIT: Technically, if you and your players are intelligent, no one will be mod. Players, over level 30 have to leave, but players under 60 cannot be mod. Thus, the only players allowed to get mod are players who are introduced to the clan for the purpose of being a mod or players who were in the clan at level 30, left at 31, and then rejoined for mod at 60+. However, these players likely will not want to be a moderator of a clan with players who are strictly worse and less experienced than them, and will opt for being a member of a more populated, higher-level clan. The players who are introduced to the clan as a mod are far more likely than optimal to just kick everyone from the clan and then leave, or promote all their friends to mod, since they don't car about the clan at all.

I agree with this, and you gave me an idea to maybe change the mods' requirements to 30+. But btw, I don't necesseraly want the old members to be the mods. Current 60+ players can apply for mod, if they have the motivation. Or maybe if someone wants to say (and has the motivation (sry for saying it somany times, but this is the importatnt part)), I can promote them.
What you might misunderstood (EDIT: oh i did not write this one down, sry), I don't want to make the biggest clan of War, or be popular or anything. I just want to help those who needs help. I don't care if they leave. And since there are not too many popular clans on War atm (let's say 4-5) where they can join at lvl 30, rejoining with friends is not impossible. (And there are not much clans where players can join under level 30, they have nowhere to leave.)
Overall, the plan is to help them become pro players. If they become, even before level 30, why can't they leave?
