So I've just discovered something interesting that I would like to fix.
If I try and play Minecraft with my Intel Core enabled, I get about 25 FPS.
Then I disable said Intel Core, and I play with my nVidia graphics card, and I get reasonalbe FPS, but I have to switch the Intel card back on if I want to play any other game. Does anyone have a fix for this? I miss the days of playing with 300FPS :C

Does it like give an error message when you try to play it on your Nvidia Graphics card or something?

No, then my other games, FNaF, FNaF2,and Payday 2 become really laggy (when I have the Intel Card off).

Have you tried giving your Minecraft more ram and using Optifine when you play it?

    RAM: Not yet, about to.
Optifine: I play with Labymod, so OF is a pre-installed package.

Ok, Well try the ram and if it doesn't work it might actually be a corrupt or outdated graphics driver.

Well, if the games are laggy with your Nvidia graphic card, maybe your pc just cant handle those games.

It can. I reset my laptop in June and it was able to run all games at a smooth 200FPS.
