    Only sheriffs will like this idea lol. Basically, the sheriff can throw cuffs and the cuffs cuff the person who hits the cuffs.

    I HAVE AN IDEA! If the cuffer right clicks handcuffs all the players in a 14k radio get auto-cuffed inspected and ticketed!

    If you log into brawl/register forums you get insta cuffed and instantly get a 100k bounty plus the only game you can log is WW while you are jailed

    I say that there's like a net that gives the player a slowness V effect for one second. You can use the net once every ten minutes or so. Only for sherrifs
