"I've seen Trumps comments. And im not disturbed at all." At this point I knew everything you would say would be stupid. You clearly do not see the big picture here. The POTUS is not a position that should be taken carelessly and Trump just made it a joke. We might as well have Kanye West as president.

"The president is supposed to represent the people right? Have you ever been to a high school or even a collage? People talk like that, thats how it is." Um... Chances are, if you go to a high school or college, you will see no trump supporters. Young people (18-24) overwhelmingly voted against Trump. Also, how does Trump represent the people? Saying that Trump represents the most diverse population in the world is a joke.

Google "Is Trump a good business man". You will find that every google result will say "no". As for why, read them.

"But people are like him" Yes Trump resembles a drunk, racist, uneducated white male in his speech. No wonder the rest of the world thinks Americans are stupid.

I agree, it shoudent be a joke. Im not sure where you got that Trump has made it a joke from?

Im not talking if high schools support Trump. But what im saying is people talk like that. It happens, please dont put words in my mouth, or on my screen, or what ever haha. Also, I live in Maryland, and majority democratic state, Trump supporters are the majority in my area and high school within the state. Well, he does represents the people, because the people voted for him so how does he not?

I dont give a **** what google says. He has more money then you or I. He wins, I dont know how you can debate that.

People are like Trump. There are drunk, racist, uneducated white men in our country. And they have the right to vote just like anyone else. Saying that what they have to say dosent matter is honestly pretty racist if you ask me. Hes representing those people. We have quite alot of them, they voted and this is where we are.

Its funny how you say people think Americans are stupid. Well its our stupididy that gives us the highest GDP in the world. So if they think were dumb, cool. The facts (you anti-trump supporters like to talk about them alot) show otherwise.

Considering the fact that he literally held 4-5 3 hour long rallies weeks before the election, and actively participated in campaigning for 1.5 years, I don't see how you can call that a joke. He literally gave up the ability to live in comfort for 1.5 yearsjust to downgrade his condition of life (example: salary, plane, etc)

And working class men are overwhelmingly voted against Clinton. Different demographics vote for different people that cater more to their needs.

Umm, as @AriesRam10 brought up, he is still more successful than most people, and turned that million into a billion (which proportionally is similar to me giving you a dollar and you making a thousand) Regardless, it isn't about what he did as a businessman.

I have one final question. If Trump is so deplorable, then how did he get elected? I want to hear from anyone

Exactly why this happened, Hillary supporters just attack Trump supporters, you don't bring supporters from the other side to your side by attacking them.

I don't really actively support Hillary, I'm more of a never trumper.

Just because a joke ran for president doesn't means he's not a joke.

The only reason I supported Trump is because how corrupt the democratic party is. Hillary was endorsed by big industry. These companies would always bash trump or make him look worse than he really is. It's really an oligarchy if you think about it. If she got elected, she would return money to these companies. This is just an opinion.

Calling people stupid because of their opinions is unproductive to any argument. It creates useless insults on both sides. Can we be accepting to each side's opinion?

Because the opposing candidate being corrupt is not a legitimate reason?

It's not a opinion because there is no good, valid reason that Trump is qualified to be POTUS besides "he's not hillary and I hate her"

Trump meets all the requirements to be president, it's just your opinion that he isn't qualified, also what Hillary has done falls under what is defined as corruption, it's funny that you say there isn't any valid reason for Trump to be president outside of the fact that he's not Hillary because the exact same is True for why there isn't much of a reason to vote Hillary outside of not being Trump.

By about 700,000 votes out of 122 million (why do people keep bragging about this like its some big accomplishment?). And Clinton got crushed in the Electoral College 306-232 because she lost about every swing state under the sun, so Trump's President because we decide who wins via the Electoral College.

Except popular vote isn't what decides who wins which means bringing it up is stupid, she won by a relatively small amount anyway.
Can't magically change how things work just so Hillary can be president.

Trump won because we have an archaic institution called the Electoral College which dates back to slavery. There is a movement to remove this so individual votes count.

At the end of the day 1/4 of the population voted for Trump and the rest of the country is now held hostage by a man many people feel is unfit to lead.

    46.9% didn't vote
    25.6% voted for Clinton
    25.5% voted for Trump
    1.7% voted for Johnson

Hillary won the popular vote and in the end got screwed by the electoral college.

When Gore won the popular vote, he lost the electoral college to Bush. Bush was one of the lamest POTUS ever.

People seem to forget that for the last 8 years the Republicans opposed Obama on everything even his last Supreme Court Justice selection.

At the end of the day we will see what he does.

Trump learned little about the world, how government works, and has said so many racist comments (look them up) that people in our country are embarrassed and scared.

After Trumps win Hate crimes went up......his response "Stop it." This is completely unacceptable, frustrating, and shows his level of incompetence for a situation he is creating with his racist rhetoric.

Lastly, the Republican's actively acted to suppress voter turnout, making it harder to vote. http://www.cnn.com/2016/11/13/politics/kareem-abdul-jabar-voter-suppression/

It hasn't been proven that he's unfit to lead yet, also all this means is that there's just a lot of this
    [IMG]
He has the qualifications and won based on the electoral system, if it was the other way around I'm sure you wouldn't be complaining about the system at all.
