GSG owner - 1 year anniversary

Hey Brawlers, it's me SkullcrusherLD.

As you have already read, I have my 1 year GSG owner anniversary. It's been a long run until now and I'd like to summarize it for you. If I look back... it has changed a lot during the time, e.g. our mod requirements were pretty low. Nevertheless I will have to leave many things out, like the denied applicants. Enjoy!

11/24/2015| The "GSG staff conversation" has been created.

11/25/2015| @sjuka_legogubbar applied for mod (pretty bad app tho ) + accepted

11/29/2015| Sjuka left for "Slam" (4 days mod)

12/1/2015| @Hizi , an old Daan mod left

12/12/2015| @Jaetpack1 applied + was accepeted

1/3/2016| @Condfirmed applied

1/9/2016| Cond/Budderlox got accepted. Moreover I decided to invent a (more or less) democratic system for our mod choice: Every mod can vote with a +1, +/-0 or -1 for an applicant. I decide if the poll is a draw; furthermore I can veto against the applicant.

1/12/2016| She got accepted - of course ;D

1/17/2016| @Pyrotheum applied - and was denied

1/18/2016| We decided to let our mod applicants to stay in GSG for a longer while, to test their loyality - pretty smart, if you ask me

1/19/2016| GSG staff stats invented (Thanks to Jaet for the suggestion)

1/20/2016| @666squeaker666 , @DyvingPenguins and @Theo92160_ applied. Theo got a horrible application btw, unbelievable he's mod atm xD

1/21/2016| @StarZManZ applied

1/22/2016| He got accepted xD

1/25/2016| And Dyvin' too; she is the longest mod in our current staff team

1/26/2016| We founded the first GSG channel.

1/27/2016| Squeaker's app was accepted.

We needed a long time to get to 200. Pretty hard times, tbh. Until here, Jaet, Infinis and me were pretty much the guys, running GSG and of course Cherry, after she got accepted.

1/30/2016| We added the GSG member counter to our clan page (again, thank Jaet). Moreover our first blacklist was created (pretty long nowadays tbh) - Thank Star for this idea.

2/11| The traitor sjuka came back - without an application!

2/20|The squeaker left (24 days mod)

2/22| Condfirmed/Budderlox got perbanned...

2/25| @Corcustos applied with a fantastic application.

2/26|Of course, he got accepted.

2/28| Due Budderlox ban, I demoted him. It was a big discussion, if I think back, about giving him another chance and so on.

2/29| Pyrotheum applied a second time. Moreover Sweetkitcat/Cherry left us (1 month and 17 days mod).

3/2| We accepted Pyro's app and had to close the first staff conversation, due the max ammount of participants. "GSG staff 2.0" has been created.

3/10| I asked Putty to reset our mods - with success.

3/13| Theo applied a second time

3/14| @BlackD1amond applied his first time aaand got denied. Rip bro.

3/15| We accepted Theo's app.

3/16| Our GSG mod requirements became a lot harder, we decided to expect more loyality and the Mod application format was added (Thanks to Corc for creating it )

3/18| From this point on, GSG has had more members than PR0

3/25|Pyro left (23 days mod)

3/28| @wouter895 applied his first time, and got denied.

4/2| @hasofi1 applied.

4/11| We accepeted hasofi as a mod.

5/5| @PorkChops30 applied, after leaving H4CK.

5/22| After long thinking, we accepted him.
Jaet created the "GSG staff conversation 3.0", due our new mod.

That was actually pretty fast from 400 to 500, just realize that

5/27| Jaetpack left Brawl & resigned as a GSG mod (5 month and 15 days mod)

5/28| We created our first Skype staff conversation and an "Off-Topic chat" ... That spam though, you cannot imagine ._.

6/2| The GSG media team was founded (at the moment not pretty active; as well as our YT-channel)

6/5| I interviewed Wouter on Skype and we decided to handpick him as a mod, for his unbelievable loyality, activity and coolness. What a honor!

6/6| Thanks to @FreeKoen17 for the clan texturepack ;D

6/12| BlackDia tried it a second time to apply.

6/17| Corcustos created our Media member application format. Again, really well done.

6/22| @DarkTitan_ applied for being a GSG mod, after shutting down Dark. I didn't think it has been such a long time ago, to be honest

6/26| We accepted Dia's mod application and I demoted Corcustos for inactivity (exactly 4 month as a mod)

7/7| Dark became GSG mod; now it was on his shoulders to became JMod and to replace Jaet.

8/13| @Toki_12 applied for GSG mod.

8/16| A sad day in our history, as long with the days of Cherry's and sjuka's resignation... Porkshops (2 months and 24 days as a mod) and Infinististus (8 months and 23 days mod) resigned.

8/22| I asked @Prouddyyy to apply for mod and he did well.

8/27| We accepted Toki's pending app.

9/2| Moreover Proudy's - their task were it to replace Infi and Pork :v

9/23| Toki left to create a new, own clan, RIP (26 days mod) Meanwhile he joined back and if he proofs his loyality for some time... #soon

10/2| GSG has became the biggest clan on war. GG.

11/15| I demoted StarZManZ for inactivity (9 months and 23 days mod - It wasn't that easy as it sounds to demot him)

Today - Yeah. Now we are here. 652 members. A clan thread which is actually up-to-date and an active staff team- which is more than just some random mods, but friends meanwhile. It's time for me to mention my current mod team, so let's go ahead:

... 13 official applications (there has been a lot, who asked just ingame) denied
... 16 official applications accepted

Thank you all for your warm words, I am enjoying it extremely to run this with you.

Wasn't such a big thing. I did just mention the important points.

Thank you especially. It does really touch me that you rate me that high. Leading GSG has become a true destiny and it's unbelievable what we have achieved, not just as a clan, but as a group of friends. That's what I really appreciate: GSG connects us, it becomes more than a clan.

Yeah. That was the time Brawl and War got some serious problems with the player ammount. So it was harder to get more members as well :/
Moreover... the summer break. Everybody was on vacation xD
