    Reparing dia armor. Dumb or stupid? Thoughts?

    Ps. I personally think its bs cos it would only benefit experienced players.

    Either through an NPC or through combining armour in a crafting slot. Yes I think its a good idea, since one your armour gets to around 20-30% Dura... its useless for big fights and just gets wasted.

    tbh I like it. :v Would make an interesting booster. Could make for a good normal feature as well.

    :vvv why not just make an anvil purchasable in game for 1 use, 5 uses, etc

    That would work as long as the anvil was cheap enough. If this is going to be an in-game feature, I would prefer if it both the rich players and poor players could use it.

    It would also add no value If we made it expensive because it would be cheaper to buy a fresh one

    How about a blacksmith in each town where you could spend 50% of the original price of the armor and it would repair it fully.

    Dunno, I hardly ever find myself wearing low dura armor, and I'll discard it if it gets to red. It would be great in some situations where you are in a rush and getting a brand new set isn't ideal

    edit: 4000th reply

    I would like this since I have a lot of low durability sitting around that I won't/didn't put to use.

    +1, this is a pretty good idea. If you were to repair armor through an NPC of some sort though the price should raise everytime you try to repair the same set so you don't just stick with the same set forever.

    This wouldn't be a problem since almost everyone dies at some point.

    Yeah true, but doesn't completely get rid of the idea that a player could stash a set before they die or they could be careful and last pretty long with it.

    Very true, this is quite possible but would be hard to do. Though not EULA compliable (But doesn't matter much since Brawl barely follows the EULA) there could be a timer on the NPC and you could only repair once every 24 hours for a no-rank, and it would go down for every rank higher.

    Possibly, I think we should start working our way towards EULA compliancy though, I like the idea though, definitely.

    It would only really effect experienced players, because new players won't live long enough to have their armour nearly break. I guess they might get broken armour by killing experienced players, but this doesn't really happen very often. However, I don't see why that means this shouldn't be added. Armour breaking is just annoying.

    Personally enjoy the idea of this, I've had low dura armor too many times and would even bring an extra pair of d legs if the d legs I had on would pop in a fight ( less than 30 dura). Although I would like to see it balanced as well where all players, veterans and rookies, would put this to good use. I support @Endermaster3000 here;

    I think a blacksmith would be a good idea considering repairing in the crafting table of your inventory would be too OP in my opinion. I wouldn't mind if it was also implemented in the way of an anvil or booster. All good ideas, personally like the blacksmith the most though.
