Ok so, we all play a lot of minecraft. Now some of you may be fit, no need to brag, but not all of us are. So is you won't go to the gym, lets workout while we play minecraft. Try this:

When you go strip mining and you find an ore and break it, that's one point. So say you find a sweet vein of 8 diamonds, that's 8 points. You then find a red-stone vein with 5 ores. (8 +5 = 13). Then you find an iron vein with 7 ores (13 + 7 = 20). Once you get to 20 points, get off your lazy *** and do one of the following

    > 10 push-ups + 10 sit-ups (vise versa)
    > 10 crunches + 10 squats (vise versa)

So you get the idea, one ore equals one workout movement.

    Sounds easy?

    (hate him ^)

After awhile, it gets super tiring. KEEP GOING!

However, not everything you do in Raid is mining so here are some things that equal one ore: (Remember to add 1 to your total each time you do one of the following)

    > Mob/Player kill
    > Brew Potion
    > Levels used to combine or strengthen item in anvil (I.E. "It will cost you 18 XP levels, 18 points, to upgrade)
    > Sell item (# of items you sell = # of points you get)
    > Harvest food (8 food items = 1 point)
Other raid activities that require focus such as building, exploring, take a break. Follow these rules at least 1/2 to time you play raid, you'll be hawt af by summer.

I have a similar system. While i'm processing in Wild West I do 40 arm (20 lbs each) curls and rest for five mins then repeat. When you mine a certain amount of ores in raid you can get a gallon of milk or something and do arm curls with that xD

Oh my... sounds quite fun actually. Makes building a base a 1h job rather than 20 min. Imagine with the haste 2 booster... 20 blocks is about... 1 second of mining - Thats a big workout!
