    Because of the newer updates, noch apples are only obtainable with dungeons and such. Is this true with raid too? Can you not make noch apples? I dont have enough gold to find out so if somone culd tell me that would be great.
    Also, wich is better, a regen pot or a gapple?

    They are not "noch" apples, they are NOTCH APPLES.

    I'm not sure which version of the raid is being used. As far as I know, golden apples should be craftable, although I haven't checked yet.

    That is only 1.9+, raid is currently 1.8.

    Yeah, the Notch gapples updates do not apply for Raid. They still being able to craft (8 gold blocks and one Apple in the center). This Game Mode has compatibility with the lastest version of Minecraft. However, Raid only supports 1.8 features. That means new blocks or game styles above 1.8 do not apply for Raid.

    Regarding the Gapple or Regen Potion query. I think the answer is a little too obvious, Regen Potions only "regen" your hearts, while Gapples have the regen potion benefits plus Absortion/Resistance and Fire Resistance.

    GApples give Regen 5, pots have a maximum of regen 2 (I think).

    The server runs on 1.8, and that update is active on 1.9+. You may still craft gaps the same way, as others have stated.

    Problem solved, thread locked.
