Clan Wars

Your suggestion for scoring is useless. Imagine having a large 200-member clan (with low requirements) versus a clan with 10-15 members (with high requirements/KDR) - the large clan would lose regardless.
I'd also like to say that this scoring is not very smart, because it would make clans kick out or force members with low stats to leave. This would hurt the community and possibly demotivate players. The whole "TOP10" thing might not seem as bad at first, but it would mean that people could smurf or temporarily invite some members with high stats.

I think the main idea is a good one. Having clan wars one e.g. a specific server would be pretty cool. Nevertheless I wouldn't rank the clans like you suggested, why is explained in the post above.
Nevertheless: If you would allow some planned tournaments from time to time, where clans can compete and for example collect points, depending which rank they got in the clan war, it could create a little more competition.

I think you should be able to create your own team in a clan war. If you're familiar with competitions on M4Play ( not advertising ), then you will get my idea.

Like RMST1 said, I think it would be cool if you picked ur team at the time because then it could be more fair with even numbers.

 

Agreed with this, I think it'd be call to have competitive war like in CTF, not every clan needs to be a team for matches though. Teams should probably have a limit of about 40-50 and a recommended size for competitive matches should be around 20-25. Would certainly play this.
