    There are no ratings in the off-topic section, which is fair enough.
    My idea was to implement the "like" system we have in PM's in off-topic also.
    So it wouldn't count towards any ratings, but if someone likes what you posted all they would have to do is click "like".
    I can't really find the words to explain why we need it, but it just feels so empty without a "like" option :stuck_out_tongue:

    The rating system for posts is different than the one for private conversations, you can't just transfer it over. Off topic doesn't have ratings because the topic is usually unrelated to Brawl and it shouldn't be used to farm ratings.

    Most people don't really care about the ratings they have, though. People who farm ratings by spamming will end up getting banned, anyway.

    It wouldn't be added to your overall ratings; it would just be a like on that post. It won't be going toward anything. So if someone wrote a poem in off topic we should at least be able to click some sort of like button.

    The idea was discussed, but there seems to be no way to allow ratings without making them count towards your total amount of ratings received.
