    I like the Gameplan.
    Some ideas/recommendations from me (already posted some but):

    TRAIN UNLOCKEABLE TICKETS

    -Amarillo: Starter town. LV1
    -Ellsworth: Medium town. LV4
    -Shaniko: Medium town. LV4
    -Harshaw: Hard town. LV10
    -Frisco: Hard town. LV13

    Those LVx are the level of reputation you need to unlock the train station ticket you'd need to travel there. This would avoid new players to go to Frisco and rague quit after being killed by a tank. You could still travel by horse though (but if it's possible to lock access to towns by levels, do it).

    TOWNS

    So going to the 'Starter Town' thing, this'd mean a town designed to be noobfriendly, what does this mean:

    -A mine inside the town (this'd require a change in mines, explained later).
    -Tobacco (closer drug) would be a double guild base, where indians and bandits both allowed to proccess without pvp between them or just make it a legal drug so better newsherifffriendlyness (what a word).
    -Some Tuto NPCs to explain stuff (not really required).
    -Maybe in this town if you're in LV1-LV3 you get an insignificant bounty or just don't go to jail.

    You can now guess about the mediums towns, one with a bandit guild rebel base and another with indian guild rebel base. Mines would be in a considerable distance from the town.
    You go to jail and whatnot.

    Hard towns, mines away and team based, where just a team could proccess at the time, this means more fights and whatnot. Nothing that has not been explained in the gameplan thread.

    MINES

    So going to this topic fast.
    Starter mine just coal/iron.
    Medium just iron/lot of gold.
    Hard mine just gold/diamond/emerald. PvP mines. But increase the reward for diamond and emerald.

    LEVEL UP SYSTEM AND GUILD ITEMS

    Basically every guild get xp by mining, killing and selling drugs (sheriffs by arresting) but:
    Bandits get more xp by killing with rifles and proccessing drug.
    Indians get more xp by killing with pistols/melee weapons and harvesting drugs.
    Sheriffs get more xp by mining and killing with shotguns.

    To add more 'guild feeling' I thought about special items every guild spawn with:
    Sheriffs with their sheriff stuff (cuffs, inspector and ticket).
    Indians with a hook (that thing to farm) to get more drug per harvest.
    Bandits with something to boost their proccessing activities.

    This is not very important but well, it is an idea.

    GUNS

    So much has been talked about the tier system and so. I like it and I don't have any problem. So if it's 4 tiers, it'd be like this:

    Tier 1: LV1 - LV5
    Tier 2: LV6 - LV10.
    Tier 3: LV11 - LV15.
    Tier 4: Vote exclusive.

    But make good guns for every tier, please.

    EXTRAS

    Better broken leg/bleed system. Less random.
    Remove the tree farming thing.
    Add a new way to make money: Ranchs and cows.

    For GUILDS and ARMOR, I think it's good enough the ideas for the Gameplan idea.

    All I said are just simple ideas I have, I have complex ones but I don't leave them here because I don't find a near future for them in the actual Brawl situation. Sorry if I didn't organized it well but I'm in the phone.

    Also sorry if I did not comment this in their respective focus thread.

    Yeah, i hope tier 1 and 2 guns are decent and not crap. Tier 4 will be he best, but tier 1 should have atleast a chance against tier 4

    They are planned to be somewhat decent against their tier, which means that you will have to pick and choose your fights based on your gear and the gear of your enemies.

    I forgot to comment that Rebel Bases neee a new look (I hope @Glock_Fanatic still have the map with some cool examples).

    If you add the new level system. You need to make the level up system a bit easyer, otherwise it takes to ling to reach the frisco town.

    It's just to center the lv1 players to do things in Amarillo instead of being able to easy go to Frisco and find a lot of lv15 and rague quit.

    Yes, as I said, lv1 to lv3 would not go to jail or just get a little bounty.
