Is this really part of the game?

I've been playing Brawl's KitPvP for a bit these last couple days, normally getting over 100 kills a day.
This thing keeps happening where my lvl will reset. (My kills, Deaths, and Level all get lowered, but my XP and Money stay the same)

I've been reset three times now, each time it resets my level to being lower. The first time it brought me to down to lvl 3 (from lvl 5), the second to lvl 4 from lvl 6, and it just reset me to being lvl 5 from lvl 6.

I bought Ninja while I was lvl 6, and here's proof. It shows that I've bought ninja, and it shows that my lvl is only 5 and that I only have 96 kills. (I have way more kills than just 96 and I really think my level should be higher than lvl 5.)


I'm not sure if this is part of the game, I really hope that it isn't. If your level just gets reset randomly, then I'm honestly done.

I'm about to lvl up to 6 for the third time.
