    Woah. There are many issues with brawl, but one of the worst ones is the way they run staff. Not exactly sure how to fix it, but I would have staff for specific places (forums, in-game, teamspeak, etc.). I would also make it so you don't have to wait up to 3 weeks to have your application denied or accepted. I'd also have the trial session of staff be to see if you are ready, right now it's not really that.
