Yes, an effort to kill it. The amount of times I've seen him threaten to "kill" Wild West by threatening to make his team leave.

We're not required to give proof to banned players. Especially when the player banned threatened to DDoS staff members involved in his ban. There's a reason on WarZ that staff members did not like that players could see them online even when they were in /poof, because sometimes not staying anonymous on your bans can be an easy way to get yourself DDoS'd.

And, considering this:

Its not worth the risk for staff members involved to possibly get DDoS'd considering how easy it is to assume he is indeed using tracers. Perhaps, if he wasn't constantly toxic, didn't threaten to DDoS staff members involved and didn't have a pst of trying to get the IPs of people, maybe we might be a little less insistent about keeping the evidence private. I'm sorry, but us not giving Joker the proof of his ban is no reason for him to get mad - he has brought all of it upon himself.

Onto whether or not I think he should be unbanned or not. There are 4 things we are supposed to consider when dealing with appeals:

• How long ago the ban was. Permbans (when you cannot buy an unban and all alts are banned too) are very rarely lifted until 6 months have passed since the player stopped breaking any rules. So, 6 months can be a minimum.
• How often the player broke the rules in the past. Prior to his final ban, he has had a ban for continuous rules violations and another one for tracers, both of which were valid bans. As well as this, he has received a huge amount of mutes. Joker's history of rule-breaking is not in his favour.
• Why the player was banned. As it was just hacking, and not DDoSing or stealing assets, this won't set Joker back with getting unbanned.
• How much effort the user has put in an appeal. As he has not appealed recently, obviously I can't judge on this.

So, 6 months is the minimum for Joker to get unbanned, unless his ban was proven to be invalid (which is incredibly unlikely at this point). Taking into consideration how much he broke rules before this, and the fact that he has shown no signs of maturing and still acts toxic in the Brawl discord now, it is perfectly valid to say that Joker should have to wait more than 6 months to get unbanned.

Personally, I think he should have to wait about 8 months to get unbanned. 6 months is the minimum that everyone has to go through if you get permbanned, and an extra 2 months due to his constant rule-breaking in the past. This is going off of facts about Joker - why he was banned, his ban/mute history, and according to protocol. As always, I have tried not to be bias in this situation.

 

MULTIPLE people probably have evidence of him hacking, including but of limited to TheTrogs. He has nothing to benefit from personally by keeping iMingo banned.

Try his ban history at https://www.brawl.com/history/player/iMingo. Even though he may not have hacked from your perspective, his mute history alone was enough.

This thread is utterly pointless, and designed to cause flame and/or prove a false point. It would probably be a good thing to have it locked at this point and everyone moves on.
