    Sup Brawlers,

We all started off as Noobs and then as we played more we gained more skill, knowledge, perks, weapons....and eventually we became skilled Veterans.

Who were the three people you learned from and what did you learn from them that made you a better player?

    1) @Striker_Sly - Striker and I used to have some pretty interesting battles. There could be 50-60 people playing and we always happened to run into each other. It was like dueling your "Evil" twin. We typically used the same gun (Iso) and always seemed to run into each other after killing 20 people straight. I learned a lot about strategy from him and while he doesn't play War much anymore he was one of my favorite "frenemies." I learned a lot of sniping tricks from Striker who wasn't afraid to rush with an Iso.

    2) @phillip0602 - As an early player I was in awe how Phillip could walk into a room with 15 hostiles and come out chewing bubble gum without a scratch. His style of play, techniques, and way of stopping the enemy, by creating a bottleneck, was fun to watch. Our styles of play were totally different which complimented us as a team because he would rush and I would snipe. I really enjoyed playing with him.

    3) @Lekosa1 - Believe it or not Lekosa1 and I weren't always friends. After playing against each other for so long we joined forces and I really began to appreciate his leadership of PRO and his style of play. He was a rusher, who like Phillip was able to walk into a room, kill everyone, drink a Mountain Dew, and moonwalk out the other side EMP'ing and Nuking. Over time, I can say we have a mutual respect for each other, our different styles of play and a deep appreciation for team work and having fun. I really enjoy when we play because while we contrast each other we also have fun and don't take the game so seriously......although it is a challenge to see who can EMP or Nuke first. = D

    2. @buckingbronko he taught me the best places to camp as well and I get a ton of kills from that spot. Especially in cargo infect
    3. @edr1969. Was very nice to me and I nuked for the first time in his old clan.

To be honest I don't have three people, I only have two.

@Fista_Cupz, my best friend, was the person who inspired me to play this game. At first a few years ago when I played this game I hated it so very much. I was no good. He was the person who made me keep playing this server, so all thanks goes to him

@joeymast99 also made me want to play because of his YouTube.

Well I learned a lot of stuff from a lot of different people, but the main ones would probably be:

@sjuka_legogubbar, learned me a lot of good spots, what guns to use and he gave me a lot of tips to get better.

@Sweetkitcat, she mainly helped me understand the community really well, and made an awesome clan which I feel like it's my home (although I really liked GSG to).

Those were the main ones, even though there've been a lot others that helped me a lot.

Glad that I've been somewhat of a teacher. :stuck_out_tongue:

Personally I didn't have any player(s) as a teacher, I just learned by trial and error most likely. And the biggest teacher of all: the community. Thanks for everyone single one that has ever played a game with me.

@xxvsnipes Considering him the best friend I ever had on Brawl, we played so much together at one time. He not only taught me how to play like a "pro", but he also showed me the most important string I still follow to this day: play for the Fun, not for the numbers of the stat page...

@powerrand Although I don't even know if he knows that I'm alive when he doesn't see me online, I consider you, as Evil said, my biggest "frenemy". Especially when War started dieing for real (around 10 months ago), we were always online, and we fought many-many battles. I also had many feelings toward him (don't misunderstand this please), starting from hating to respecting him. We were both each others' only challange on the battlefield. And as of seeing you play, I've learned many new strats and tricks. Thank you for the times playing with me!

And for last @Sweetkitcat for showing me that this is just a game, and don't take it too serious.

I basically thought Myself a lot of things from war, but I always watched Joeymast99's videos and used them for inspiration.

I always looked up to players such as @MrCowlick and @tippertopper as good and skilled players.

I hope I have become a teacher and helped hundreds of players with my experience.

I've had a few "teachers", I would consider @buckingbronko my top one. Watching his videos kept me wanting to play, and get better. Also, playing with him in SOUL was fun and was a great clan on old 3.mc-war.com. This was when each big clan had their own respective server. I believe HACK was 5.mc-war.com then, for example, FLUX was 1.mc-war.com. Fun times, I learned a lot during this period as a war player. I hope I have somehow passed down some wisdom to some of the new players through my years of playing.
