    Can we please just spam the higher ups with this? xD It's actually a brilliant idea. However, when I used to bring up the purpose of the trial period, the response I got was something along the lines of, "We don't accept people unless we expect them to pass." so the very idea is flawed.

    Just going to clarify...

    @ritzy was not demoted for abusing. I was there and was one of the people to give him those warnings and that final demotion. I could be confusing this with striker_sly's warnings, but eh. My memory is old folks.

    As to this topic, I believe everyone deserves a second chance. Their staff past should not determine their acceptance. I hope the administrators realize there is a "trial" month for a reason...

    Not naming names (you can probably guess who anyways) but there wasn't a JMod who had a three month trial stage or anything...and then resigned.

    It is not hypocritical because "An indefinite amount of time" does not mean the same thing as an infinite amount of time. Trust does not come back in a fixed amount of time so it is unfair to put a number on it

    Really depends on the situation.
    Pyrotheum literally abused his powers, He knew exactly what he was doing. He should get a fair chance of getting unbanned. Thing is, He has alted. Is he still alting? Don't know. anyway, I don't think he deserved to get another chance of becomming staff though.

    In ritzys case, I was in the call with him when he made his mistake that lead him to demotion. He was TOTALLY unaware that he was teaming with a hacker till he IP-checked him. And after he did, He decided to kill & Ban him.
    The fact that he got demoted for this is so bullsh*t. Imo, He didn't deserve to be demoted in the first place.

    not trying to exactly throw shade since i'd say im ok friends with ritzy but dont hit anyone with that bs that ritzy didnt abuse. everyone knows he abused his perms, literally half the staff members on this server have and most are honestly caught but the higher ups just let it go. Ritzy was demoted for teaming with banned players which is probably why he got it back but you in many other occasions have repeatedly admitted to abusing as a moderator, i didnt record any of them since y'know im not a scum *cough* :wink: Only reason i'm pointing this out is due to the fact that im irritated with everyone saying that oh he was demoted for teaming with a banned player so he never abused !!!!!!!!!XDDDD!DXD! I'm also not saying that he never did help the server, he did on many occasions and so has pyro and even though he did **** up that's what makes us humans, don't act like roke hasnt made a biased choice or abused ever in the past or cuddled hasnt or putty, they all have. Quit having a finger up your ass and just give the dude another chance and learn to trust, he's a good builder with good intentions. (No hate to any staff members, i'd say im on okay terms with most of them and i have nothing against any.)

    specknav got staff when higher-ups knew for a fact he hacked. I don't know what else to say other than this tbh
    just give him his builder rank back already, he's obviously passionate about this server and building, I don't know why the higher-ups can't just forgive and forget.

    exactly bro, like i said, we're humans and we do NOTHING but make mistakes and you higher ups need to get that through your skull, learn to accept and move on and give people 2nd chances. I wouldnt doubt you yourself have received many.

    So, you are assuming that 50% of the staff members have abused or abuse of their powers along with assuming that Pyro has good intentions.

    Bring up facts not assumptions.

    Is there proof that 50% of the members have not abused? didnt think so. Is there proof of pyro having good intentions or actually wanting to become a builder again? Yeah, he's actually bothered to wait it out and get unbanned, to try again to get builder. Yeah he's made mistakes in the past but don't go around acting like you're perfect and that you've literally never made a mistake cause i doubt that. Quit holding some sort of grudge or huge trust issue over something that's in the past. A lot of brawls prior staff and current staff have abused and the players forget about it or let it go, don't see why the staff members themselves can't do the same.

    You can not assume something just because there is no proof. If that is how your logic works then I can assume Pyro has bad intentions and just trying to get build again in order to abuse just because there isn't proof of him not having bad intentions. Therefore, my assumption is valid.
