Smallish change to sheriff rank rules

The unwritten rule saying your sheriff account must be your main was put in place in order to avoid some tension within the top teams. The situation got heated a few times. However, I think its about time that that rule was removed. It would be great to have some experienced players have sheriff alts, as it would make cuffwars possible (They could switch to the sheriff alt when others ask for a cuffwar). Just dont promote more patryks and all will be fine .

This really comes down to the reason many of the experienced players I have talked to have stopped playing - "no action".

Note that new sheriffs would also have to be promoted. This rulechange would be useless unless.

A few arguments for this:

- We have killed of the part of the playerbase that protects noobs from sheriffs, by not promoting sheriffs. Now the few remaining sheriffs can go wilder than ever.

- Action is needed to keep the playerbase that makes donations and thus makes it profitable for brawl to keep this server up

- Make the game more exciting for newbs. Having to worry for a sheriff, even if the chance off him comming to your base is small, makes the feeling of a sucessfull drug run much greater. The lack of sheriffs at the moment takes this feeling off winning against the sheriffs. There are none to win against (I would argue that tho sheriffs shouldnt be fighting the noobs much, there should be the hah, the sheriffs didnt get me aspect. I am quite sure you wouldnt say that if you came in-game and saw the state of the game. There is no players on to cause any bias situations.

Now excuse me sir, I already told a very good reason. At the moment, we often have several players online, doing an all teams truce. We just need a sheriff to fight. Those with who I have fought sheriffs with in this way, all think it is very exciting and fun. The optimal situation would be that someone, or even a few of us got sheriff alts. In this way, we could regulate the amount of sheriffs to match what we need to have fun easily. Would more players play if there was more of the kind of fun we have experienced (this btw is very noob friendly, as many of those ive done this with really are noobs)?

As a matter of fact, the abuse you talk about will happen either way, as sheriffs will still have alts, no matter if they get sheriff on their main accounts.

Besides, any aspect of the sheriff rank can be abused. You could say there shouldnt be handcuffs, because you can abuse them. Thid will lead to a demotion, so I do not see much point here..
